The host, Claudio, met us at the street to show us parking and how to get in. He was super friendly. I especially loved that he loved his home city. He gave us great advice on what to see in Genoa.

Interesting residential neighbourhood within walking distance of city centre. Private parking.

Stylish and functional. Quiet apartment on the first floor (lift available also) overlooking the back in a "historic" well maintained building. Easy access by car. Private "doorstep" parking onsite. Would stay there again. Recommended.

These were fabulous 4 days in Genova. We have fallen in love with this city.

Many thanks to Claudio. He is an excellent host. Very kind and helpful at any time. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished. In the kitchen you have everything you need for cooking. The location of the apartment is perfect. To the center (Piazza de Ferrari about 30 min. walk. The apartment has its own parking space, which is in a fenced backyard. It was a very nice holiday in Genva. Caludio, we'll be back next year! :) Many greetings from Stanislaw and Jana

Warm welcome from Claudio and friendly advices about our short visit in Genova. Newly renovated room with very nice internal architecture. Large space even for 4 people. Parking in the premises just outside from our window. Coffee machine with espresso capsules!!! Nice boulangery just around the corner. Walking distance from old city center.

Hand soap was empty. Building external renovation works (but this is temporary).

Fantastic service from Claudio. Secure off street parking. Modern and clean apartment. Easily commutable into city centre. Allowed us to park our car for the day following check out.

The perfect place to stay for exploring Genoa.

Absolutely beautiful place in a quieter part of the city, not a long walk to the city center or old town, you get to be close but secluded for a good nights rest. Claudio is amazing as well, a very thoughtful and friendly host with a lot of tips, and who doesn't love free espresso!

The location was great with lots of restaurants around, a grocery store across the street, and bus stop around the corner.

The building was undergoing maintenance so the windows could not really be opened and they were covered which made it really dark inside. But it did not cause any noise so it was too bad.

The appointment is good, everything is very clean. It has a small kitchen with all the equipment that you will need. Outside, there is a free parking next to your door which seems like very safe. The location not very bad cause there is a train station nearby. And many of bus lines passed by the appointment.

However, there are few things that I don’t feel real comfortable! 1. The water heater! It is the electric water heater. It is prefect for only one person taking shower, two people, just OK. Then above 3 people, you have to wait the water heat again which will take at least 2 hours! If you are a family, and you don’t want to wait the water heat. Then just do it like in the army! 2. On the second day, we went out in the morning, and then we came back at late afternoon cause we have a baby who need to take a break. When we got into the door of the building, we found ours door was opening!!!! Cause the host opened our door without telling us! When he met us, he said just few mins cause he was moving something into our apartment. Our luggage was opening when he came in cause we don’t know the host will enter our apartment. Yes, I understand maybe you just moved in something in few mins, but you HAVE TO tell me! Cause I have paid the fee for having the apartment in that two days! This is the respect! Also, maybe you don’t want to do B&B any more, maybe you want to change it to an office or meeting room. Whatever! Maybe you don’t even care about my comments! But I have to say this, respect anyone who is renting your apartment! You are the host, but when people pay your money for renting your apartment. The people become the host, NOT YOU!

comfortable apartment with a parking spot

The apartment was well designed, stylish, quite spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had all the basics and the kitchen table was very inviting. The parking spot was safe and the check-in & check-out very convenient. The owner contacted us via message/WhatsApp and answered all our questions when needed.

The bathroom was tiny and offered just a frugal amount of toiletries, especially when the price per night was not low (almost 100€/night). The towels and the bathroom smelled slightly like vinegar. The apartment was not badly situated, yet it’s quite a walk to the historic city center, after sightseeing tiring even for fit people.

Super clean. Very spacious. Close to city center. Perfect for those travelling by car (there is a private parking lot right next to the building!!!). Very friendly host (good English too). Apartment was better than expected.
