Tout ! Chiara est d’une extrême gentillesse et très arrangeante. Le logement est grand, propre, très bien équipé et bien situé (5mn à pied de via XX Settembre, 10mn à pied de la Piazza de Ferrari, 15-20mn du Porto Antico). Nous avons un bébé d’un an et aucun problème pour visiter la ville.

La prima impressione non è delle migliori perchè all'appartamento si accede salendo una rampa di scale in un condominio che non è proprio ben tenuto. Tuttavia varcata la porta di casa svaniscono i dubbi: casa ampia, pulita, dall'arredamento minimal ma curato, asciugamani e lenzuola di valore, climatizzazione ben funzionante, wifi perfetto. La sensazione è di stare a casa propria. Fermate autobus verso ogni direzione a massimo 2 minuti a piedi, metro a 8 minuti. Parcheggio garantito e riservato.
Ci sono una 15ina di gradini da fare e non c'è ascensore. Nulla di impossibile, io ero con un bambino di 3 anni e non ho avvertito problemi particolari, se non una maggiore attenzione.

Considering that the apartment is located near the old town, has a free parking space, is spacious, and has many dining spots around, I don't think you need anything else to really enjoy Genoa.
