Struttura centrale, situata molto vicino ai punti di raccordo per prendere i mezzi pubblici .

Tiene plaza de parking en un entrante de la calle, justo a la vuelta del portal. Esto en Génova es una ventaja muy importante. Además está muy cerca de la estación Brignone, en una buena zona y fácilmente accesible el centro (incluso andando). Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño. Aire acondicionado en habitación principal y en cocina-salón. Se hace autocheckin con una web y se accede al alojamiento con el móvil.
Es un primero sin ascensor y la zona de la cocina-salón es bastante pequeña. La segunda habitación no tiene aire acondicionado. Para poder hacer el checkin y pagar la tasa de soggiorno (impuesto municipal) tienes que tener una cuenta de paypal (o darte de alta en ese momento). Además la web te cobra gastos de gestión (que debería pagar el propietario, no el inquilino)
