Paul was an excellent host. He gave us a very friendly greeting on arrival. All through our stay he went out of his way to ensure that we enjoyed the area to the fullest extent. It was so interesting to hear about the history of the buildings and surrounding countryside. He encouraged us to visit the festival in Sansepolcro which was an amazing experience. He even managed to book for us a restaurant that busy evening - the food was great and it gave us a ring-side view of the colourful procession. I am especially grateful that he managed to recover my camera which I lost that evening. He is a wonderful character!

Wat een prachtig omgeving. Huisje zit in de bergen met prachtige tuin, zwembad is perfect onderhouden. Rondom kan je wandelen en genieten van stilte en natuur.
We zijn elke ochtend verwend met lekker ontbijt. Alles naar ons wens gehad. Mooie grote kamer.
De eigenaar is altijd bereikbaar en klaar om te helpen. We hebben prachtige vakantie gehad.

Non saprei, forse la posizione, appena fuori Sansepolcro...e le ottime colazioni!!! Paul mi ha dato l'impressione di una persona disponibile e che conosce molto bene il luogo in cui vive, quindi per qualsiasi cosa , lui saprebbe come aiutarti.
L'orario della colazione. Dalle 9 in poi, troppo tardi , ti spezza la mattina, considerando anche che è estate e solitamente ci si alza presto per iniziare le escursioni nelle ore più fresche della giornata. Poi non siamo riusciti a rilassarci sia fuori dalla struttura che in piscina per la presenza di tafani e mosche. Forse la stagione? Per noi che viviamo a ridosso della campagna è stata una amara sorpresa. La nostra cagnolona , non ne poteva più. Peccato perché se no il posto è bello a parte la strada per arrivare al parcheggio che meriterebbe una sistemata. Ultima cosa...la camera era adiacente tramite una porta ad un'altro locale , e purtroppo passava il fumo di sigaretta da sotto la porta. Insomma...
