Location was great

We found it hard to park, but did find a underground car park near the house.

Ideal stop over in a charming city

Light, airy, clean and central in the city. Parking, whilst not provided, was easy just a few hundred meters away

Quite noisy on a Friday night. The one aircon unit helps with the summer heat, but the rooms are not cool.

There was no way to access the building or the apartment and no answer to the phone to rectify the issue so I had to book somewhere else last minute

Lovely flat

Very nice apartment with 3 good bedrooms.

The staircase to the flat is very steep and would be a struggle for less mobile people especially with luggage. No instructions for air-conditioning which we needed but could not make work.

Very disappointing.

Great location. Troyes is a lovely place and the property is very central.

There was no heating and that night was very very cold outside. We tried to get the heating working and we’re unable plus there was no host onsite to help us. We had a very cold miserable evening and night there.

Gem in Troyes.

Excellent location, spacious and clean, bright and airy, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the proximity to the centre, directly opposite the indoor market and metres from the Tourist office. We had stayed in a hotel the previous night, no comparison, hands down the better option was here.

Beautiful lateral flat typical of a classic elegant french apartment. Double doors, high ceilings, very light. Air con in the corridor.

Up two flights of steep stairs which may not suit those w young children. Fairly noisy as on a big road but in a fun location opposite market

We shall be returning!

This place is metres from the hub of the community so literally within a minutes walk you’re amongst the beauty of Troyes centre, the apartment is very modern with all facilities you will need. Very spacious rooms with air conditioning in the hallway which accommodates your sleeping if you leave your bedroom door open. We as a family loved this place and we’re definitely coming back to enjoy more of Troyes!!

The stairs have character as all done in old worn wood but they’re very steep and narrow, I wouldn’t let this put you off it’s worth the climb!

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment - ideal for a family overnight stay, and tastefully managed / decorated by the host.

Not much the owners can do about this - but our recommendation would be for future (adult) guests to bring earplugs! Perhaps due to summer tourist season, there were a lot of motorbikes zooming around the centre of town - morning, noon and night - while street cleaning on the main square opposite the flat began at around 06:00 CET on Monday. The teenagers slept straight through this, but for the grown ups it meant a short night of sleep - and there is only so much noise that the windows can keep out.

Great location in the very center of the city. Very nice, spacious, light and well furnished apartment.

Hard to access for people with disabilities and lots of buggage (which was not our case, by the way). Only two toilet rooms (one very very basic and small), which may be an issue for people who are not family.

The apartment was lovely once we got over the shock of the communal entrance and wobbly spiral staircase. It was very modern, bright and airy with good sized bedrooms, a comfortable lounge and a separate well equipped kitchen. There were smallish well designed bath and shower rooms and a further separate toilet. We had wifi and a huge TV with Netflix. The location was both a blessing and a curse. Convenient for the bus station and covered market (opposite) and for the old city just around the corner. Parking was easy - there are plenty of secure car parks nearby.

We almost turned and ran when we saw the downstairs front door and entry hall. It looked fit for demolition! Once we decided to continue, we gingerly proceeded up two flights of stairs carting heavy bags (we're all seniors, but it's lucky we're fit). We did it in relays. There should have been a warning on the website. Although there was aircon, it was only in the hallway and didn't filter into the bedrooms. We couldn't open the windows because of the street noise from the bus station and the market setting up. So we gently roasted.

Overnight In Troyes

The apartment itself was lovely, comfortable, and well equipped, and very conveniently located for the town’s facilities. We ate breakfast at Paul’s boulangerie next door, which was very good.

Meet and greet was non-existent, and there was no parking on site. Exterior door and hallway were scruffy and the spiral staircase rickety.

Once you get into the apartment it is really lovely. Clean, spacious, well furnished. Dishwasher available with tablets good.

There is no free parking on site. There is no parking on site either. It is a busy street so difficult to park to unload children and bags!!!! If you don't know the area then where can you park?? The apartment is on the 2nd floor up quite an unsteady old spiral staircase. There is a light switch on the ground floor if you can find it and it might go off when you are half way up!!!!! I recommend you take a torch.

Great location

The apartment is in an older building but very large and modern. It was very clean, beds were very comfortable, nice shower. The location is fantastic. A block to the right coming out of apartment you are in the old center. There are an abundance of stores, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. Parking is close. We had a wonderful time and would stay again

For anyone with limited mobility in walking or climbing stairs, the stairs are spiral and narrow and may make it difficult to access the apartment. There is no lift that we saw so it is not handicap accessible that I am aware of.

Don't be put off by the entrance and old staircase - this is a lovely, clean and spacious apartment. Well located within walking distance of the medieval centre of town full of bars and restaurants. Recommended for a short stay in Troyes.

The location across from the covered market is excellent and we shopped for meals there. Bakery downstairs open Sunday at 7:30. Very well- stocked kitchen- everything you need and more.
