Lovely host, beautiful bright sunny room, light & airy & cool given the heat we have had! Location was great for me attending a family event! If you were there to be near central Hastings it’s a little further out, it’s a good uphill hike.
Only that if I was staying for Hastings & didn’t drive it’s a little further out.

Brilliant and attentive but discreet host. Beautiful sunny and bright room. Excellent location for both West and East hills, Old Town Hastings, seafront, and beach.
Shower is a little small but not a dealbreaker.

Location was nice & quiet, nice looking house with a very well appointed room & ensuite.
The property had a strange feel, and was run in a way which never really felt homely with guidance notes on things which felt school like.
