Location is ok, it's a 20 min walk to Byward market and the city center. Price is cheaper than other places.
Only 1 out of 3 beds was comfortable. The 2 other mattresses were of poor quality. The bedsheets were still smelling like previous guests' body odour and perfume. Also they put a single bed blanket horizontally on a double bed, it was extremely deceiving. The bathroom needs a deep clean and the entire apartment needs a renovation.
Most of the kitchen equipments were very old or not working. Only 1 out of 4 stove was functioning, so it was very inconvenient to cook. If you want a comfortable stay in downtown Ottawa, go somewhere else.
