The location is great if you have business at the University of Ottawa. Very clean, cute, homey hotel with very helpful staff. Walking distance to restaurants and Tim Hortons. Would stay again.
Neighborhood is nice in one direction but gets pretty seedy in the other direction. Lots of people with substance abuse issues on the street.

We were on a road trip from Vancouver to Quebec.
Small and interesting hotel near downtown Ottawa. The room is reasonably equipped with air conditioning and has a spacious bathroom. Check-in and reception were very easy and very friendly.
This is not the hotel's fault, however:
The area directly surrounding the hotel has a drug problem. I would not want to stay here with children.

Clean
No tissue, No slippers, No breakfast, very expensive.
They don't even remove the garbage every day from the rooms. No elevator. They don't have a person to help the old or sick people with the luggage as they don't have even internal elevator.
