Some of the items were not as said. Game console and one other item not there.
The bunk bed room windows opened up to a hydro wire and the kitchen door was left open to the roof behind

The location and the communication was good. The price is affordable.
We started to use the microwave and then most of the lights and electricity went out (probably due to power circuit breaker problem), except for the living room. Thus, 3 of us had to sleep in the living room on the sofa and floor to have the only air con left there. The others 3 tried to slept thru the night in their rooms with no aircon during summer time. Expected some credit refund, but no words from the owner.
Besides, the parking is quite far from the unit, about 200-300 meters. Anyway, cannot expect more with such a cheap price for that location.
