We had a fabulous weekend in the cottage and in the surrounding areas.

A perfect trip.
We had a truly relaxing and very comfortable stay at Wagtail Cottage, Thornton Farm Cottages. The cottage itself was perfect for our needs with an enclosed garden for our dog, parking, and a tranquil picturesque location. The cottage was very well equipped and we were impressed by the quality of everything and the obvious care taken to make guests feel welcome. Fantastic communication from Laura throughout.

Excellent Cottage at a brilliant location
I Stayed in the cottage with family for 2 nights. The location was excellent, the cottage was at a nice location, just middle of a quiet farm land. There were lots of farm animals like sheep, hens, ducks, donkeys and horses. All beds were really comfy and toilets were clean and new. kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need like washing machine, oven, microwave, dryer, dishwasher with tablets, etc. Tea, coffee making equipments were provided. The Host Laura was friendly and very helpful. private parking is available.
there is nothing much to say although I would like to make some suggestions. 1- We found the double beds small in size 2- No pressure on shower, would recommend adding an electric pump. 3- Hooks inside the bathroom for hanging clothes
