Beautiful property, absolutely spotless. Well laid out very spacious whilst also feeling cosy.great facilities, the kitchen was ideal. Hot tub was a nice bonus, could have been a little cleaner mind. We didn't use the games room but it looked great
Additional cot available which was super handy for us and extra reasonable cost for dog was also handy. Easy to find and easy parking. Extra cost for fire wood which we didnt end up needing. Great stay thank you
The only thing I would say is bring an eyemask as the bedroom nearest the kitchen is very bright in the morning.. the curtains are very light and thin.

Large rooms, great amenities, secure area for dogs
Nowhere to safely walk the dogs without taking them in the car. Premises very close to A1 and country lane narrow and busy with tractors especially at harvest time
