Polwarth Crofts Farmhouse is a B-listed property resting on the outskirts of Duns. It houses three bedrooms comprising of a double with an en-suite, a double and a twin. There is also a ground-floor shower room with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting room with an open fire and a kitchen/diner. Outside, you will find off-road parking and a garden with a lawn area and a patio area with furniture. Polwarth Crofts Farmhouse is a delightful cottage on the Scottish Borders. Please note: the property is an old listed building and the cottage has low doorways, some uneven walls, areas of sloped and uneven flooring, and the stairwell is not a standard size but is not steep or narrow so care must be taken when walking on it.
