It was lovely and clean beds were nice and clean everything you need they don’t bother you Just leave you to it and they made sure I had enough off milk sugar coffee tea and hot chocolate for the little ones

There wasn’t nothing i disliked about the property

Nikki & Nick made us feel really welcome. We didn't spend much time in the room as we were out all day and till late evening. It was good to know that we could come and go with front door keys. The deco was nice and bedding clean, with coffee facilities and biscuits. Pleasant on checkout and saw us out the the car for safe travels.

The shower wasn't great the water pressure was low and very small cubicle for larger framed people. The breakfast choice was good with cereals and full English. But sadly my husband found 2 long hairs in the juices of the mushrooms. These things do happen it's just a shame it stopped us eating our breakfast.

Excellent location - easy parking and tram stop on the doorstep. A quiet and peaceful area away from the noise of the central pier/Tower/Pleasure Beach areas. Rooms were perfect - I was in a family room (double and bunks) with my two children. Loads of treats on the hospitality tray and all preferences (eg decaf) catered for. A wall separated the kids bunk beds from the main bedroom, which was excellent! Absolutely spotlessly clean room and shower room, very comfy beds. Relaxed atmosphere - Nikki told us to come and go as we pleased. Breakfast was superb. Nikki was happy to accommodate changes and any requests to alter the breakfast.

The squeaky bunks might need a bit of WD40!
