Number 40

This is a very good hotel, very close to tram stop or you can slowly walk along the promenade to the centre of blackpool. The staff are fabulous and nothing is an issue. Free on street parking and itsca very quiet peaceful street. 100% I will be back here on my next visit.

We were let in to our room at 11.30 in the morning to leave our bags,we were given our keys so that we could enjoy our day and come back at night.

No breakfast served.

Greeted and shown room. All ok. (Wasn't advised no breakfast at that time) -room was clean -location short walk to trams/beach

**Got up for breakfast ..No breakfast?? ** Tried calling button at reception no one came. Tried 5 times.There was just nowhere to go for breakfast. Door with sign for dining room. Lady nside on the phone..no other guests. ..didnt look like an eating area. Spk to lady she didnt know. Hard to spk to owner at 1st. Had to get phone number from guest few days in?? **No breakfast provided ** (but owner gave me some cash bk on our last night. £30 for 5 nights for me n daughter) -i would never of booked the hotel without breakfast with child. Did advise owner. When i spk to owner on phone was told they had stopped doing breakfast and updated details on site?? Then when I called again 3rd day in..as wasn't happy as site still showing breakfast was told they norm they do breakfast n just had baby. But on last nite owner gave me some money bk £30 which i accepted as we already had a nice break away. -had to request tea/coffee/mils/tea few times -request clean towels expecially for 5 nights
