Rebecca and Mark the owners were brilliant from getting there to leaving. Very polite. Couldn't do more for us. Very affordable. Bar prices were reasonable. Had a room where our grandson could play with plenty toys in. Room was big enough with tea/coffee/ Hot chocolate. Kettle. Hair dryer. Straighteners. Good shower and toilet. Room was clean (we've stayed in some dives in Blackpool and paid more) Breakfast was spot on this morning. Plenty of choice which we chose last night. It is quite far up the North end but there is a tram stop about 5min walk away on the sea front so no issues. Definitely come back again.
