Friendly welcome, good supply of tea/coffee, milk, bottled water, towels and toilet rolls. Good location, on-street parking available. Would book again.

The property was very clean. We had a comfortable stay, it’s in great location with a tram stop just on the main road. If walking to the north pier, it took about 20mins.
We liked everything about the property just couldn’t find a remote control for the tv on the evening we arrived.
We messaged the host to let them know.

The room was exactly as expected for the price. I have no real faults with it
Was charged £15 for a late check in. I arrived at 6pm. I can understand a late check out charge even a charge if you're arriving very late. However, it was 6pm. Felt like a money making scam. Was a shame as the room itself was fine.
