I stayed in lovely contemporary decorated modern room. It was a nice touch to have the fridge filled with a bottle of water which was very welcome in the summer. There was a nice selection of tea/coffee and hot chocolate in the room along with tasty fresh cookies. I received a warm welcome from the hosts on arrival. The hotel had a well stocked honesty bar. The hotel is well located on the North Shore of Blackpool. There is a nearby tram stop if you want to use it to travel down to attractions in the South of Blackpool.

The room was a little bit warm. However, opening the windows to let in the Blackpool breeze helped with this. There is no breakfast option available currently but there is a very nice independent cafe (Cafe47) located nearby which is open at the weekends and is a great option for a reasonably priced, excellent quality breakfast. The owner had the menus available for this.

Jane is the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is in a great location, it’s spotlessly clean and there’s so many little touches that made it feel welcoming.

Room so small and way too hot did not sleep at all. The constant smell of cigarettes in room was disgusting.
