About this apartment rental
Private houses, gardens, threes, pedestrian streets : rare and wanted area.
Weekly location ( starting from 550 to 650 euros according the season and nb of people ) or monthly location : from 1 600 to 2 100 euros, depending on duration and nb of people. These prices includs water,electricity, heater, sheets, towels + wifi
The flat is sunny, cosy, recently equiped, entirely renovated 2017 and well designed ( 58 square meters)
2 bedrooms :
Bedroom 1 : 1 bed 160x200 which can be divided in 2 single beds ( the beds stay close to each other once separated )
Bedroom 2 : 1 sofa bed 140x200.
Be aware that to reach the bedroom number 2 with the sofa bed, you have to pass trought the bedroom number 1 ( king size bed).
The bathroom + WC has both a separate bath and an individual shower; the dinner room is large. Nice views from everywhere in the flat.
The flat is inside a private house, fully independant and safe with a specific access. The area is residential ( houses, gardens, threes, pedestrians streets ) and very peacefull.
In the flat you will also find guides and maps of the town.
Nearby, the beautiful Buttes-Chaumont parc is at 5 mn by walk + Chapeaux Rouge park at 100 meters. All facilities nearby ( supermarket at 100 meters, restaurants, 2 olympic size swimming pool very close, cinemas, museum) .
Metro station is at 200 meters from the flat ( Station : DANUBE or BOTZARIS ( 500 meters ) or PRE ST GERVAIS at 300 meters - line 7 bis) + Bus lines 60 & 75 and tramway T3b line ( Hospital Robert Debré station )
The flat has beeen renovated in april 2017.

Appartamento comodo per tre persone. ,zona tranquilla servita di tutto il necessario,tram e diverse linee metro a breve distanza ,,,ma la cosa più importante la dedico al proprietario ''Pierre...un vero amico'' nonostante fossimo totalmente estranei

Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer après une journée parisienne. Le propriétaire discret et bienveillant est toujours disponible pour agrémenter au mieux notre séjour.
