Ancient house on two floors (ground floor and first floor) completely renovated, inserted in the ancient medieval village of Migliano in the hills between Lucca (20 km.), Camaiore (13 km.) and the beautiful beaches of Viareggio (20 km. ) , on the top of a hill (360 m. ) surrounded by woods and olive groves.
Our property is on the ground floor and directly overlooks a beautiful well-kept garden for the exclusive use of our guests, with a cool and shady pergola equipped with table and chairs for having lunch. From the garden you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the hills with a nice glimpse as far as the sea.
The house has a large living-dining room with fireplace and kitchenette. A bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with bunk beds for 2 people, suitable for children and teenagers, and a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Another room has a wood-burning oven where you can cook bread, pizza, etc. The house has free Wi-Fi and is equipped with mosquito nets on the door and windows. The house is furnished with great attention to detail, with some original antique furniture from the grandmother.

Die kleine Ferienwohnung liegt in einem sehr kleinen, hoch am Berg gelegenen Dorf. Die Aussicht von der kleinen Terasse geht wunderbar auf die Berge und auf das entfernt liegende Meer. Das kleine Häuschen ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Im Bergdorf selbst gibt es keine Einkaufs- oder Gastronomie-Möglichkeiten. Die Sepentinenstraße zum Bergdorf ist schon recht abenteuerlich. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer Ruhe und Aussicht mag und die Serpentinen nicht scheut, wird hier glücklich. Wir fanden es Klasse.

Die Wohnung ist schön gestaltet und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Das Beste ist der schattige Sitzplatz im Garten mit wunderbarem Blick über die Hügel bis zum Meer. Das Dorf ist allerdings sehr klein und einsam, es gibt keinen Bäcker, kein Restaurant und keinen Laden in Laufnähe. Man muss also immer das Auto nehmen. Das ist etwas unpraktisch, dafür ist es aber sehr ruhig und erholsam dort. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat viele gute Tipps für Restaurants, Strand, Ausflugsziele etc. parat. Danke für einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!
