Stone house in a small and ancient village on a hill (350 m above sea level) surrounded by large forests.
View over the hills to the sea. Small garden with arbor, slide and swing for children next to the house and swimming pool with panoramic view exclusively behind the owner's house 20 m away.
3 km separate you from a grocery store, 9 km to stores of all kinds. The sea is 19 km from the house and it is 100 km to Florence.
3 km from the accommodation is a horse stable with the possibility of beautiful rides in the surrounding hills.
Access via a 120 m long road that can not be driven by car.

Das Objekt war sauber und Maria war auch freundlich. Leider sprach sie nicht all zu gut englisch. Die Immobilie können wir nicht für Menschen empfehlen, die mit Hunden reisen, die höher als 30cm sind. Der gartenteil des Grundstücks ist leider nur sehr niedrig eingezäunt. Dort war der Zaun nur etwa 40cm hoch. In dem Dorf gibt es auch sehr viele freilaufende Katzen. Der Pool ist nur über das Grundstück der Besitzer zu erreichen. Der Pool ist relativ flach. Aber die sitzecke ist sehr schön! Zu erwähnen ist auch, dass das Haus zwar sehr hoch gebaut ist, aber die Grundfläche ziemlich klein ist.
