Location: Ai Colli is a beautiful Rustico is surrounded by a large olive groves. It is located above Camaiore Pieve di Camaiore. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature.
A lovely covered terrace with garden furniture invites you to linger one. The barbecue is at guests' disposal. The property is fenced and the car can be parked there.
Facilities: The living area is approximately 60 m². The facility is accessible holidays. Living room with fireplace. Satellite TV. Open kitchen. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower. An extra bed is available to guests.

Alles recht unkompliziert, sehr freundlicher Vermieter , allerdings Kommunikation etwas schwierig . Mit Pool wäre es perfekt.

La casa nell'uliveto è l'ideale per un soggiorno all'insegna del relax: molto bella e spaziosa, curata con gusto negli interni come nel vasto e piacevolissimo spazio esterno, pulitissima, con dotazione sopra la media per biancheria e cucina (salvo la mancanza di un microonde.. che fa sempre comodo).
Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo, in senso assoluto e rispetto alla zona.
Host cortese e puntuale, disponibile e non invadente.
Location perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità e non ha problemi a muoversi in auto su strette stradine di collina.
La pace e la frescura dei boschi, ma con spiagge fantastiche raggiungibili in mezz'ora scarsa.
Nota per chi arrivasse in compagnia di un 4zampe: ottima zona da escursioni, bisogna però tener conto (in caso di cani che tendono a vagabondare, magari sentendo dei selvatici, specie la sera) che la proprietà non è cintata.

La maison est située dans un endroit très calme, en plein nature. La mer et les sites touristiques ne sont pas loin. On peut donc organiser ses vacances selon ses envies !
