The sunny location reduces the stay, and the covered terrace with garden furniture invites you to sit outside in comfort. A Schwimmbwcken (4m x 2m x 1 m) is available from 01.05 to 31.10 to guests, see photo. The large green area is accessible via a private path and equipped with an electric barrier. Parking at the house. Heating and barbecue available.
Facilities: The house is well furnished, with comfortable furniture. Particularly beautiful are the typical wooden beams on the ceiling and the terracotta floors.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace, kitchen with modern furnishings, bathroom with shower and 1 bedroom with double bed.
1st floor accessible by a cozy spiral staircase.
A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
