Location: The small country house is situated in a beautiful, quiet location with panoramic views. The house is located near Nocchi (Camaiore), approx. 20 minutes (by car) from the sandy beach and is surrounded by olive groves, fruit trees and vineyards. The sunny location is ideal for enjoying the garden all day long. The covered terrace with garden furniture invites you to sit outside in a cosy atmosphere. A swimming pool (4m x 2m x 1m) is available to guests from 01.05 to 31.10. The large, unfenced property is accessible via a private path and is equipped with an electric barrier. Car park at the house. Heating and barbecue available.
Facilities: The house is well but simply furnished, with cosy furniture. The typical wooden beams on the ceiling and the terracotta floors are particularly beautiful. Wifi available. Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, kitchen with simple furnishings, bathroom with shower and 1 bedroom with a double bed. The upper floor is accessible via a cosy spiral staircase. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed as well as the beautiful sun terrace (approx. 6m²).
