About this house rental

Single villa with private garden located in Camaiore, a few minutes drive from the beaches and attractions of Versilia. The area is quiet and the historic center of Camaiore can be easily reached on foot. The house, fresh and comfortable, is tastefully furnished and spread over two levels. All rooms are equipped with excellent finishes. The ground floor consists of a large comfortable room, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor has a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Externally the private garden, in the rear, has a cool area equipped with barbecue and table with chairs, offers a perfect environment to spend peaceful and pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors. Private parking inside the property. The all inclusive formula includes energy consumption relating to water, electricity and gas, internet and final cleaning. In winter, where necessary, heating consumption is calculated and charged. The deposit of Euro 400.00 is to be given in cash on arrival. Charging batteries of electric vehicles at the house is not allowed.

The House was amazing, the proberty line was big, and the mountain Views were awesome. Some adjustments from usa to italy had to be made, but we overcame and adapted. Few minutes from a beautiful sandy beach. Overall pure awareness.

Very inviting and comfortable home. Very large yard completely fenced. Gorgeous furniture and woodwork. Quiet neighborhood and close, within walking distance, to the Farmicia and grocery. Comfortable beds and loved the porch. Close to the ocean and easy driving to Pisa and Cinque Terre. We would definitely stay here again if ever we come back.
