Lovely host, exceptional property, great location for exploring the local area.

The property is lovely. It has been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard and has character and charm. It is spacious and relaxing and spotlessly clean. It is well equipped and the kitchen is particularly excellent. The host has thought of everything - for example there were good quality hair dryers in both bathrooms and ample crockery and cooking utensils. The host is attentive. She met us at the property and was available throughout our stay.

There was no hot tub. The traffic at the back of the property can be noisy. The road outside can be difficult to walk down as there's no pavement - but it only a short distance. The parking was a problem because at the time we visited there was a local festival and we had to park a fair distance from the house.

Parking is on the street, yes there are spots available but we had some local events going down and then finding a spot in the evening was difficult. Local police however seems to allow some off limit parking.

Exceptional

A wonderful Tuscan home in a small town - perfect for visiting Pisa Lucca the mountains and beach and piettra Santa. Great restaurants in town and surrounding villages. The house is perfect , beautiful fully equipped and perfect for a large family stay. ANGELA our host was amazing with great recommendations for everything- we would love to go back again

Soggiorno confortevole, con qualche ma...

Appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. Camere molto carine, bagni moderni.

Il riscaldamento è stato acceso solo poco prima che arrivassimo presso la struttura, per cui all'ingresso in casa ci siamo ritrovati una temperatura di 15 gradi. Pulizia buona. L'igiene del forno da rivedere.. La Jacuzzi non funzionava e dal bidet usciva solo acqua gelata.

appartamento molto curato e molto bello - grande cortesia dell'host sig.ra Angela da consigliare in tutto. Unico handicap se ci sono persone con mobilita' ridotta la scala a chiocciola per accedere alle camere. per il resto ottimo e pur non disponendo di un parcheggio privato possibilita' di parcheggio gratuitoa 1 minuto dalla struttura
