Small, open kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Oil heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm), bath/WC. (exterior staircase) mezzanine with 1 double bed (160 cm), shower/WC. Small kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Oil heating (extra). Wooden floors. Large terrace roofed, patio, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley, the forest and Riviera della Versilia. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, the annex will not be available for use.
