About this house rental
Quiet location, at about 250 m asl, not far from the beaches of Versilia, the Rustico has a large enclosed garden with a lovely gazebo for outdoor dining. The furniture is pleasant and the fireplace gives the house a unique charm. Il Rustico is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday. The floor is in terracotta and wood, exposed beams.
The ground floor houses the living area, of about 40 square meters, comprising a large living room, divided between lounge, dining room and cooking area. Upper floor houses the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom, two single bedrooms, with panoramic views of the hills and a glimpse of the sea. An extra bed for children The cooking area is equipped with a 3-burner hob, fridge, toast, oven, two-bowl sink.

Nice house up in the tuscany hills, not too far from the coast. Gabrielle is a really nice host. He gave us helpful information what to do in the area.
The house offers you all you need for your stay and is very clean.

We had a very pleasant stay. The owner was very friendly and spoke good english.
The house was very clean and had everything you need (including mosquito nets, litter service, wash machine, television, WLAN,...).
The garden is very nice. We liked to eat outside.

Der Urlaub im Juli 2019 war großartig für uns. Das Haus, welches hoch oben im Berg liegt, ist genau das Richtige für alle die, die Ruhe genießen wollen. Nach anstrengenden Besichtigungstouren freut man sich auf das gemütliche Heim.
Es ist sehr sauber, die Besitzer sind sehr lieb und standen für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir können dieses Häuschen nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
