About this house rental
Location: the beautiful holiday home in Lucese (Camaiore) is isolated in a nature reserve. The location is very quiet and idyllic. The nearby Parco delle Apuane is ideal for hikers and people who are looking for peace and want to be away from traffic.
The house is surrounded by a 2000 m² property. The property is fenced and partly flat. A typical Tuscan restaurant is only 500 meters from the house and the sandy beach is about 20 km away. The beautiful cities like Lucca 20 km or Pisa 40 km are easy to reach. Camaiore is about 10 km away.
A covered terrace with garden furniture is available to guests. The terrace is the ideal place to relax or to eat. A small swimming pool (2 x 4 x 1.35) is available (01.05. -31.10.) to our guests for private purposes. Outdoor shower with warm water. The present is private only for our guests.
Parking in front of the property. Dogs allowed.
Equipment: the house has a living space of approx. 90 m². The house can be reached by stairs. Living room with kitchen corner (freezer, oven), dining table, sofa and fireplace. Washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, access leads to the garden with terrace.
On the upper floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower.

Maison très bien entretenue, joli jardin, petite piscine, belle douche chaude extérieure un petit brise vue improvisé et vous prenez une douche en plaine nature. On ne peux pas trouver plus calme, pas de voiture.... Aussi pour amateur de sentiers pédestres et cyclisme. Effectivement pour avoir cette tranquilité il faut faire un peu de routes pour aller à la plage. Et merci aux propriétaires Isa et Paolo pour leurs accueils et leur disponibilite nous avons passé de bonnes vacances...

Sehr tolles Haus…. mit Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster…war sehr schön für meinen Schnuffi alles eingezäunt. Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben im Juni eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Waldhäuschen verbracht und waren sehr angetan von der Umgebung, den lieben Vermietern Isa und Paolo, der perfekten Ausstattung und natürlich von der Sauberkeit in dem Objekt und den traumhaften Aussenanlagen. Die lieben Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen.
Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und waren begeistert am Abend die Glühwürmchen beobachten zu können. Die Strasse zum Objekt ist nicht ganz ohne aber mit Rücksicht und Verstand sehr gut zu meistern. Der Strand von Lido di Camaiore ist sehr weitläufig und schön.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, kommen sehr gern wieder und können das Objekt wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus lag ruhig inmitten eines wunderschönen Waldes. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und freundlich. Leider war es ziemlich kalt, da man ziemlich weit oben wohnt, sind es mindestens Grad kälter als unten am Meer. Ganz wichtig, um ans Meer zu kommen, braucht man ganz unbedingt 45 Minuten. 20 Minuten den Berg auf einer schmalen Passstraße nach unten, und dann 20 Minuten zum Strand in Viareggio.
Alles in allem war es aber sehr schön und die Umgebung traumhaft.
