About this apartment rental
Lovely apartment decorated with style for 4-5 persons in Javea only 600m from the beach. This duplex apartment in Javea is completely new, situated in a small residential complex and close to all facilities. It is spread over two levels and from the terrace upstairs you have lovely views of the mountain Montgo. Lower floorDownstairs is the cosy living/dining room with TV (Spanish, English), DVD, WiFi internet and dining table. There is completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. Furthermore there is a guest toilet downstairs. UpstairsUpstairs there are two bedrooms, one bathroom and two terraces. There is one bedroom with double bed, build-in closets and access to the main terrace and one bedroom with two single beds, build-in closet and access to a small terrace. All beds are box spring mattresses of good quality for extra sleeping comfort. In the second bedroom exists the possibility to place an extra bed for a child (on request, at extra charge). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and bidet. There is a central air conditioning system (cold and warm) in all rooms. The outside areaTerracesUpstairs are also the terraces. Next to the master bedroom there is a terrace with sofa and chairs and an outside dining table. Here one can sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the lovely views of the Montgo mountain or have a nice meal outside. Next to the other bedroom there is a small terrace to dry your laundry for example. Communal facilitiesThere is a parking space in the communal garage for one car and more parking outside in front of the building. Furthermore the complex has a small pool (8 x 2m) for a quick splash or to cool down after a long day at the beach. The building has an elevator. Location The nearest supermarket is only 200 meters away and there are several large supermarkets nearby. The pebble beach with the beach bars can be reached within a few minutes walk and from here it is a nice walk along the seaside to the port of Javea or the Arenal sandy beach with its boulevard, bars and restaurants. A great location for everybody who wants to be close to the beach, the old town and port area but does not want to be in a busy tourist apartment complex.

En general hemos estado muy a gusto en el ático. A destacar la decoración, amplitud de la habitación principal y baño superior y el fantástico recibimiento y atención por parte de Manon y Roberto, que estuvieron disponibles en todo momento para cualquier duda e imprevisto.
Los detalles del check in nos encantaron: botella de vino y papas, así como agua y zumo en la nevera. También un kit de cocina básico para los primeros días (con bayeta, estropajo, detergente, bolsa de basura y pastilla de lavadora y lavavajillas) Se agradece cuando aún no has tenido tiempo de ir a comprar.
Las vistas al Montgó son increíbles desde la terraza del ático, la pena es que los días de calor o con el A/C puesto no se pueda disfrutar mucho. Pero seguro que con algún toldo lo solucionan enseguida. La ubicación, muy buena, a un paseo de la playa y muy cerca de supermercados y servicios. La piscina, aunque pequeña, muy limpia y, en nuestro caso, como si fuera particular porque no llegamos a coincidir con na

Apartamento muy bien situado cerca del puerto de Jávea. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Bien decorado, colchones y sofá muy cómodos. Bien equipado. La terraza tiene vistas al Montgo. La piscina no es muy grande pero muy agradable para refrescarse al volver de la playa.

El piso muy cómodo, limpio y perfecto por su localización para ir andando a la playa pero hemos echado en falta algunos productos basicos de limpieza y de cocina como jabón, aceite, papel, fregona, etc. También nos ha dado rabia no poder usar la terraza del ático por el calor que desprendía la maquina ademas de que ya hacia calor en el ambiente, pero por el resto todo perfecto y muy a gusto. Lo recomiendo mucho para pasar unos días en Jávea!!

Apartamento para famílias y no para amigos, pues al balcón solo se accede por la habitación de matrimonio. Goza de un amplio párquing, supermercados y playa cerca.
