Good value for money and good location
Very good location split on to two floors which meant there was a lot of space. Fully equipped with everything you need.
Cleanliness was lacking a lot of dirty dishes when we arrived in the cupboard bathroom also not too clean quite a lot of mould around the edges.

Séjour formidable en famille
Nous y avons séjourné deux semaines en famille avec 4 adolescents. L'appartement est spacieux et bien agencé. Il est sur deux étages avec une terrasse sur chaque niveau. Le hamac a été très apprécié. La piscine de la résidence est superbe, en plein soleil jusqu'à 18h en été ce qui permet une température très agréable. Appartement très bien situé à mi chemin entre le port et la Plage de l'Arenal. Le Mercadona juste en face très pratique et nous a permis de ne pas prendre la voiture tout le temps. Le kit d'accueil pour la cuisine a été très apprécié, cela nous a permis de ne pas sauter sur les courses en arrivant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Un aspirateur ou un balais et une pelle dignes de ce nom aurait été un plus. Difficile de nettoyer avec un mini balais. Isolation pas top, on entend les voisins parler à toute heure. Des patins sous le pieds de chaises seraient bien également.
