Muy espacioso y muy cómodo, muy bien equipado

Clean and pleasant

La ubicación y distribución del apartamento. Las camas muy cómodas, todo limpio. Las zonas comunes muy bien cuidadas.

A la hora de reservar por Booking me indicaba que el pago era en junio, por Booking, pues no es así, la empresa que gestiona el alquiler se pone en contacto contigo mucho antes y te pide un adelanto de dinero en transferencia … luego un mes antes otro tanto % y el último pago allí al recoger las llaves y debe ser solo en efectivo…. Deben reparar algunas cosas del apartamento El suelo parece que le hallan dado martillazos, estaba roto… Armarios también sin pomo … necesita una puesta a punto.

Secure location. Parking good. Plenty of space. Bathrooms and Kitchen facilities nice and clean. Outdoor area nicely kept and pool looked lovely and clean (didn't use it as too cold in January). Kitchen well equipped.

Mattress in one room was disgustingly stained and very poor quality. 2nd bed in same room poor quality and not suitable for an adult to use. Seat pads for outside furniture dirty and badly stained. Sofa in lounge not large enough to seat 6 people so not comfy for an evening as 1 person had to sit at the table all evening. Only one bedroom had a quilt but that didn't have a cover for it and none of the mattresses had protectors on them. The other 2 bedrooms were only fitted with 1sheet and a blanket. 1 English TV channel only. Paying extra for water and electricity is also unfair I feel.
