La amplitud de la vivienda Los baños y cocinas reformados. Un colchón de la hab de cama nido era bueno. Cocina muy bien equipada. Buena ubicación aunque sin vistas.
Faltaría actualizar ropa de cama de la habitación de matrimonio y mejorar colchón y poner funda impermeable. Malos colchones en habitación de las dos camas sueltas.

Locatie appartement is perfect gelegen in de haven, restaurants, barretjes en supermarkten erg dichtbij, parkeergelegenheid voldoende op korte loopafstand. Prima uitgangspunt om Javea verder te verkennen.
Balkon zit in een zijstraat, iets minder uitzicht maar dat is persoonlijk. Slaapkamer zonder airco zal in de zomermaanden erg warm zijn.
