It's a spacious appartement with a nice terrace, ideal for taking breakfast before it becomes too hot outside.It is close to supermarkets and some restaurants.
Parking depends on finding an empty space in one of the small streets around the building. That is not always easy. It's a short drive to the sea side but about a 25 minutes walk. The walk is easy though.

Muy buena ubicación, y cómodo. Decorado muy agradable y espacioso. La terraza tiene muy buenas vistas.
Una pena que la gente no trate los espacios con cariño.
Tener en cuenta que tiene dos tramos empinados de escalera sin pasamanos.
