Stay away!

When we arrived the place was a mess and not cleaned. We told them we would go for a bite to eat so they could clean. They did. But we dit not pay for extra roommates! The place is covered in giant cockroaches, just terrible. We took our stuff and booked a hotel. After sending pictures and complaining the complaint was handled like they did not care. Now we are fighting to get a refund. Unbelievable.

Authentic and perfectly located for all the hidden gems of the old town.

Perfect location for everything in the old town,Restaurants, bars, shopping all on the doorstep and an easy 20 minute walk to the port area.

If I were being over critical the lounge furniture was a little basic and could be more comfortable but giving that we spent little time there it was insignificant.

De locatie is goed in het oude centrum

Niet boeken! Het was echt ijskoud in het appt (dec ), ik heb dit gemeld, er waren geen extra dekens beschikbaar en er kwam nauwelijks reactie van de eigenaar. We zijn na een uur vertrokken, geen enkele coulance of tegemoetkoming van de beheerder. We hebben iets anders moeten boeken en zijn al ons geld kwijt

No me gustaron nada los baños con humedad y olor a tuberías las toallas llenas de pelos ..las camas parecía no haber cambiado las sábanas por no hablar de la cocina todos los utensilios con un dedo de grasa la vitrocerámica rota la nevera un fuerte olor a pescado el comedor por llamarlo de alguna manera asqueroso con cucarachas muertas el sofá daba asco sentarse de lo sucio y incómodo que es la mesa y sillas de la terraza parecían cogidas de la basura todo roto y bufado .. el sofá de la terraza los cojones sucios da asco .. y para rematar la planta de las habitaciones con goteras que hacían asta charcos

Luego pone que tiene parquin gratuito y no es así si quieres aparcar al parquin de la estación de autobuses.tambien pone que tiene Guifi yo no lo vi por ninguna parte ... En fin un apartamento nefasto en todos los aspectos

Buena ubicación

Los A/C´s son extremadamente ruidosos y resulta dificil dormir con ellos. No había sabanas en las camas y por ende te tenías que tapar con los cubre camas. Muy desagradable. El lugar en si, muy bueno, espacioso y en general limpio

Para nada recomendable

Es una pena que en una casa tan bien ubicada en el centro de Jávea y tan bonita decorada, hayamos tenido una estancia tan incómoda. Habia cucarachas en la cocina, que salían por las noches.

Ante nuestra queja a los responsables, no obtuvimos implicaciones ninguna salvo decir que lo sentían y que era culpa del ayuntamiento. Me temo que el servicio de desinfección interior tampoco lo tuvieron en cuenta. Además, quien quiera alojarse en este apartamento, tiene que llevar su propio jabón, champú, ya que los botes que hay allí están vacíos, y también hay que llevar bolsas de basura y papel higiénico, ya que en la casa, solo hay lo estrictamente puesto.

La ubicación y las camas, además la habitación de matrimonio con baño en suite muy bonita. La terraza es muy bonita y agradable para el momento del desayuno.

Un poco justa en cuanto a armarios, íbamos de boda y solo hay armarios en una de las tres habitaciones, lo que resulta incómodo para dejar trajes y demás. Por otro lado, en la cocina se echa en falta algún detalle de cortesía como alguna cápsula de café o disponer de azúcar o aceite. No es muy importante, pero es algo que se agradece. En el baño tampoco hay pestillo, está roto, por lo tanto si vas en grupo no es muy cómodo. Ya por último tras la salida hemos recibido un mensaje de la persona que gestiona el apartamento indicándonos que habíamos dejado desperfectos en el apartamento, y restos de basura. Ha sido un error dado que estos desperfectos ya estaban cuando nosotros llegamos. Tras revisarlo reconocen que se han equivocado y que esto venía provocado por los anteriores clientes, pero no resulta agradable.

Estancia perfecta en el centro de Javea

La casa está reformada con gusto, muy limpia, la ubicación es muy céntrica y se aparca con facilidad. Se nos atendió a todas nuestras consultas rápidamente y bien. El equipamiento de la cocina completo y la ropa de cama y toallas, muy bien. La zona de comedor en la planta superior con mucha luz natural y la terraza, divina. Muy recomendable.

Para mejorar estaría bien poner unas perchas en las habitaciones dobles para dejar la ropa, ya que no disponen de armarios. Y también echamos a faltar un punto de luz en el techo en la zona de los de los sofás arriba. Demasiado romántico para nosotros 😜
