Great location, in between the Arenal and port, with the local supermarket just across the road. Gorgeous property with plenty of views from a number of terraces. Beautiful swimming pool and gardens, always kept clean and tidy.
The only problem I had with this property is being told to empty a bucket everyday as the outside air conditioning unit leaks and whilst in use the water builds up and has to be emptied. I was certainly not happy as I was on holiday and it seemed to me like I was helping the owner with maintenance work. This should be dealt with as you cannot expect paying guests to carry on doing the odd job unless the price reflects this.
