The appartement was lovely, just like the photos. Very clean & great balcony with a beautiful view. The owner was very friendly and helpful. When the washing machine and microwave stopped working he came round to sort it out immediately and bought new ones to replace them very promptly. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

There's decent coffee equipment provided and all appliances worked fine. Nice view from balcony covers Cap de Sant Antoni and a strip of sea. Grocery shopping in nearby Lidl and Aldi so pretty decent, incl. reasonable wine selection.

The sofa in the sitting corner is uncomfortable for both sitting or sleeping, kids preferred to take the mattress and sleep on the floor. Bathroom is very cramped and one may get bruises if not carefully moving around.

Ideal for low budget holiday or a short stay

Very good value for money for visitors on a low budget. Well situated, free parking and lift in the building. Spacious enough for 2 people. Plenty of shops nearby and close to the old centre of town. The flat has most of the useful things you'd expect, including house and bed linen, detergent and shower gel.The owner was very helpful and met us when we arrived despite our flight taking us there at unsociable hours. Communication was excellent.

Generally, the flat could do with some TLC and a bit more comfort, particularly the bathroom. The right side of the bed is broken which causes a lot of noises whenever the sleeper is moving on that side. It's a very noisy flat in the morning as you can hear all the neighbours as well as the road traffic though that's not a real issue if you're an early riser. The coffee machine is stuck on one setting and the toaster doesn't seem to work but we didn't need to use anything else as we ate out. This said, it was just fine for our short stay and the purpose of our visit as we weren't there for a luxurious holiday.

Excellent value for money

The property is situated about half way between the beach and the old town, which is actually ideal. It is a short walk from the bus station and about ten minutes to the old town and 12 minutes to the sea front. There is a Lidl and a Mercadona nearby for shopping. The apartment is very small and is really only suitable for a couple, plus maybe a small child on the sofa bed. It is basic but well equipped. Lots of little extras are provided, shower gel, shampoo, washing machine liquid, tea, coffee, salt pepper, spices and herbs Etc. Which make the stay easier. The owner was very helpful. It is excellent value for money.

The property doesn’t get the sun on it and so could be quite cold in January, but there is a combined heater/air conditioning unit.

Great location, beautiful apartment, and Luba was very welcoming! You have all sorts of supermarkets nearby, and the beach is only a 10-15min walk away. Will definitely stay with them if visiting Jávea again :)

Heerlijk verblijf op een goede locatie.

Schoon appartement gelegen op een perfecte locatie. Goede voorzieningen en daarbij kon je zeer goed koken in het appartement, al het appartement werkte goed.

Het appartement is gehorig, de buren hoor je goed en de auto straat. Daarnaast is de douchestraal niet sterk, maar prima te gebruiken.

El apartamento es ideal para unos días,con todo lo que te hace falta,la terraza tiene unas vistas muy bonitas. Muy cómodo aparcar,tienes calle delante y detrás,que suelen tener sitio. A 10 minutos andando del casco histórico. Anfitriones muy agradables 😊👍🏼

Estancia agridulce en Jávea

Se puede aparcar en la misma calle, la cocina estaba muy bien equipada, la terraza, con buenas vistas y por la noche se estaba muy bien en ella, el dormitorio es amplio, tienen una aspiradora Dyson y un espejo de aumento en el baño. Tienes comercios cerca.

Estaba rota la puerta de acceso del dormitorio a la terraza, lo que hacía que no entrase corriente de aire, hacía mucho calor en el dormitorio donde no hay aire acondicionado, el piso necesita varias reformas, en el techo del dormitorio hay una gran grieta, la taza del wc está rajada y le falta un botón para el agua, el piso necesita una mano de pintura... Nos dejaron toallas de ducha para cada uno y sólo una toalla de mano para los 3 y si querías pedir más según las normas era con pago adicional... El colchón está muy blando, en el dormitorio echamos de menos una lámpara o enciendes las luces del techo o no tienes nada y tienes que recurrir a la linterna del móvil.

Côte magnifique et jolie vue depuis L'appartement.

Appartements très bien situé, rue un petit peu bruyante. Tout à pieds entre le port et le vieux village. Période début avril agréable car il est aisé de se garer. Nous avons eu le chance d'avoir un festival de blues gratuit. Petite ville qui est vivante et assez bien préservée au niveau environnemental en comparaison aux villes avoisinantes de la côte. La côte est de toute beauté.
