Excellent
A really excellent, comfortable apartment. The mainly covered balcony was especially useful as it was warm enough to use in February with it being south facing. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook quite a lot.
The residential area was quiet (again we were staying in February). Nice and close to the port area.

The apartment is extremely well equipped and comfortable. We spent a very happy three weeks there and would definitely stay again
Parking was easy in the street but it would have been so much easier packing the car, etc if there had been a garage on site.

Wonderful holiday experience
This was our third stay in Xabia but our first time in this holiday apartment, everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived .The apartment is a privately owned unit on a medium sized private complex.originally booked through booking.com we were redirected to a local rental management company Javea Holidays,which has an office nearby,all contact was very straightforward and as we were due to arrive late on Saturday evening ,keys to apartment were left in lock box outside office for us to collect via combination lock access.slight confusion finding apartment unaided but that could be down to myself and a little travel tiredness.apartment is on the top floor of a two floor building on a gated community with a beautiful shared pool area with a small kiddies pool and a jacuzzi pool,all common areas were very clean and well maintained,no sun beds around pool but not an issue as most people used towels or beach mats.we used foam beach mats which were in a storage locker in apartment along with many other items which saved having to buy any.apartment is obviously well loved as all furnishings are of high quality and gives a very homely feel to the place.the apartment itself is on two stories the first one is the living area with a well appointed kitchen and lovely living area, it has a glass enclosed patio perfect for breakfast or lunch which looks out on a nice street which by the way has ample car parking.upstairs has two generous bedrooms ,a master bedroom (en-suite) with very comfortable king size bed and a bedroom with two single beds with access to main bathroom.both rooms upstairs have access to a huge patio/sun terrace with electric awning .sun loungers and cushions etc are provided,very private and not overlooked.Good wi-fi downstairs but struggled a bit upstairs ,smart tv with Netflix access .
Nothing ,everything was better than expected,bit of building going on nearby but no way intrusive.

Firstly the communication of Jávea Holidays was genuinely exceptional.
I received a text, WhatsApp and email with information of where to collect keys from, addresses of both the company and the apartment and info regarding which block, floor and door number we were staying in. (We were also given a number to contact if we had any issues).
This made for a completely stress-free experience (which is definitely needed after travelling via airport!)
Upon arrival, and when checking out too, we received both friendly and welcoming staff, unfortunately we didn’t ask for names but we were greeted by a lovely lady and upon departure a lovely gentleman. This made us feel very happy and relaxed and trusting of the whole process and both spoke perfect Spanish and English.
Overall:
Beautiful apartment and great location.
Approx 10 min walk to the beach (Porte) where there are both restaurants and shops. Approx 10 min drive or approx 30 min walk to the Arenal. Approx 15 min walk into old town Jávea.
Wonderful, friendly and welcoming staff.
Very clean, comfy beds and presented perfectly.
Fantastic communication.
We will definitely be booking again and are looking forward to visiting again soon!
Maybe 1 or 2 more sun beds if there are 4 people staying at the property, to save having to rock, paper and scissors over the 2 already there (although this would take up more space from the top roof top balcony, which would be a shame. Maybe fold up ones if they exist?)
But apart from that perfect, immaculate and nothing but positive feelings towards the apartment and company.
