There is a reason for only outside photos

The location was good, the view from the outside terrace was good. That's it.

The description of the facilities was incorrect. The apartment was of a poor standard, and the staff were very unhelpful, verging on rude.

Ideal for a short stay

Location was excellent, very clean, off street parking, Aircon was good, views to sea and mountains. Bed linens crisp and white.

Bed was a little soft and tended to roll together in the middle. The shower room was small but good shower with plenty hot water.

Host was brilliant and communicated well and was very accommodating. Location is excellent with good views.

Room could do with updating and wasn't the room shown in the first few photos which looked much nicer. Bathroom was incredibly small.

The host understand that the flat given wasn't cleaned, neither according to the price, so she allow us to move to another flat without any argument. We were lucky this happened in a season with low demand, otherwise they probably won't change us to another flat or give any alternative. Dorin, the guy who give us the keys was really nice person and always available to help. The location is perfect, plenty of restaurants/shops/coffe shops near and 5 min from the beach. The quality vs price not good at all. Honestly, won't back again. Is not worthy.

They must check the flat before someone new entry. Our apartment was dirty, have cockroaches and other insects, smell tobaco very heavy and there were rest of food in the kitchen and the floor was dirty. Doesn't looks to be cleaned before we arrived. We spoke with the host, told her the situation and she change us really quick to another flat. The new flat was much better, cleaner and more comfortable.

Wonderful little studio, 3 minutes from the beach

Great location. Lovely terrace. Clean. Wonderful hosts, who meet you at the apartment. Everything you could reasonably expect for a small studio.

Two very small points. For short stays, the apartment doesn’t provide soap/shower gel/washing up liquid. The design of the shower means that water can run from the bathroom into the kitchen. Neither of these would stop me from staying again. This is a great studio, in a central location.

Compact studio but so well equipped. Very clean and in a great location so close to beach but not too far from Port. A fantastic terrace too. Excellent staff making you feel very welcome. A good find.

Alojamiento perfecto para una escapada cerca del mar

El apartamento está totalmente nuevo y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia cómoda y cerca de la playa. Además tiene una terraza muy amplia donde se puede desayunar con toda comodidad.

Ubicación, muy cercano a la playa de Jávea. Apartamento pequeño pero con todo lo imprescindible, cómodo.

Nos encontramos la cama y el suelo lleno de pelos (de persona) hasta el día siguiente no nos cambiaron las sábanas ni limpiaron. El baño quizás demasiado pequeño.

No estaba muy limpio. Le faltaban sábanas. El baño diminuto. Subes en ascensor hasta el piso 5 y después tienes que subir un piso por las escaleras hasta llegar al apartamento.

Calidad-precio muy buena.

El apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación, cocina muy equipada, aire acondicionado, y la terraza genial muy buenas vistas. Tiene también parking y en la calle suele haber sitio para aparcar también.

En general está todo muy bien, está súper completo el apartamento, calidad precio no se puede pedir más. Mejoraría un poco el tema limpieza pero en general estaba bastante bien.

Muy agradable y perfecto para una pareja

El alojamiento en general muy bien, cama muy cómoda, terraza con muy buenas vistas, el aire acondicionado enfriaba súper bien al ser una habitación pequeña, súper cerca de la playa. Había sartenes, ollas, utensilios, inducción, plancha de ropa…

El baño es pequeño, destacar que la mampara de la ducha es corta y hay que tener cuidado porque se sale el agua. En el baño 2 personas no caben a la vez. Ya como última objeción, echar aceite a la cerradura de la puerta ya que cuesta abrir un poco con la llave. Destacar también que es un 6 y hasta el 5 hay ascensor, 1 piso en escaleras.

Agradable y cómoda estancia en Jávea

La ubicación es muy buena, estás en el punto medio de Jávea, te permite moverte con facilidad. En cuanto al apartamento en sí, está muy bonito decorado y la terraza es la mejor parte.

Las dimensiones son bastante pequeñas del interior del apartamento, pero está muy bien distribuido, por lo que te permite hacer vida. Lo que faltaría es poner cortinas más opacas para permitir tapar la luz a primera hora del día. Entra mucha.

El chico de mantenimiento un encanto y muy atento. El apartamento está en la última planta, donde no llega el ascensor por lo q creo que son trasteros que han usado para habitaciones. Es muy muy pequeño, no tienes sitio para comer. La mini cocina es horrorosa y poco práctica y el baño diminuto. Hay mucho ruido a las 8 de la mañana. Mal olor. Lo único bueno la ubicación

Buena ubicación, pero condiciones mejorables...

La ubicación era buena, a 5min andando de la playa del arenal. Había calefacción (cosa que agradecimos porque nos salió 3 días lluviosos)

Nos comentaron que se pondrían en contacto 2 o 1 antes para dar instrucciones de entrada pero no fue así. Fuimos a recoger llaves en el punto que decía y nos mandaron al apartamento directamente, por lo que hicimos doble parada por falta de comunicación. Además la ubicación que copiamos directamente de aquí nos llevó a otro camino cercano. La habitación de matrimonio estaba genial, pero el sofá cama no tenía cubrecolchón (poco higiénico y más con niños), y las mantas olían a humedad (podrían ser edredones pequeños como en la habitación). El balcón no es muy aconsejable para ir con niños, y además si se cierra desde fuera no se puede abrir. En el WC había solo un sobrecito de champú y gel para 3 adultos y un niño para 3 días... En la cocina había bombonas de butano (a nosotros personalmente no nos gusta). En fin, no volveríamos.

Het eerste appartement dat we hadden stonk erg na riool, hebben dit aangegeven en hebben netjes een ander appartement gekregen. Toen we in de avond eenmaal thuis kwamen deed hier de lichten het niet. Dus hebben ons klaar moeten maken in het donker. Maar hebben dit laten gaan omdat we de volgende ochtend toch na huis gingen. Personeel top, accomodatie zeker niet.

Ubicación perfecta.

El espacio a disfrutar no se correspondía con las fotos y la televisión era minuscula al lado de cualquiera que te encuentras en otros apartamentos o apartahoteles.Ubicacion en último piso al cual no llegaba el ascensor, accesos y cerramientos bastante deteriorados.
