Saona Palm - Nuevo apartamento con vistas en zona Arenal, Jávea

Great view of Montgó! Short walk to the beach as well as restaurants and bars.

The tennis center is directly outside the windows so be prepared for early morning noises!

This one bedroom apartment is ideally placed for Arenal centre and easy walking distance to Javea Port and Old Town. It has everything you need to self cater if needed but in walking distance of Restaurants and cafes. It is on the sixth floor of the block which is the top floor, views from the windows are spectacular, you can see the Montgo and the lighthouse point, and overlook the tennis courts below. It was clean and tidy with a comfortable double bed, spare sheets and towels were provided and drying is in the apartment courtesy of an airer. I noticed washing lines outside at the end of the block, but you will need pegs for larger items such as sheets. There are Lavanderias in easy walking distance. This is a small bijou apartment in a great location, ideal for a couple, but with a bed settee could cater for more, however that might be a little cramped. The private and secure parking with a dedicated space was a real bonus.

We did have a number of occasions when the electric tripped, usually linked to using the washing machine and Air Con at the same time, it was easily reset on the fusebox and didn't cause us any long term issues, sensitive breaker I guess. Overall no other issues on our stay

I stayed for 33 days in this beautiful apartment, where everything is brand new despite the building being older. A private parking space is provided, with secure access through a remote-controlled gate. The view of Montgó and the lively tennis court activity in front is truly captivating. I highly recommend this place.

Clean and New renovated

Amazing apartments. Clean, beautiful, with a charming view, and Plaja del Arenal beach nearby. Very friendly and nice hosts. It was a wonderful trip🥹❤️ Very much recommended. Thank you!🙏
