About this apartment rental
The excellent location of La Isla, just a few minutes' walk, approximately 400 metres, from the Arenal beach in Jávea, allows guests to easily access an area that offers safe bathing and water sports, around which there is a wide seafront promenade with bars, restaurants and shops. equally lively during the day and night.
The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are less than 2 km away, and there are excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.
JH Advice: The Isla Penthouse is located in the same complex as Avalon. If you are coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!
**Important Information**
1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.
3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
