Limpieza y cercania a la playa, tener parking para mi auto es un punto a favor. La recepcion y entrega de las llaves, Wilmary es muy amable y agradable.
No tengo nada para reclamar.

L'appartement est très propre. La climatisation est un plus. Il est très bien situé pour tout faire à pied. Machine à café, air frayer
L'appartement gagnerait à être mieux équipée : Couteaux de cuisine inexistants, pas de saladier, pas de plat, pas de bac à glacon. il manque beaucoup d'ustensile pour cuisiner facilement. Plaque de cuisson pas terrible. Un petit kit d'accueil : sel, poivre, huile d'olive serait un plus très apprécié par vos vacanciers.

Dichtbij playa arenal. Dat is op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen.
Het bed is vrij klein en matras erg hard. Badkamer heeft wat aandacht nodig. Voegen en kitranden zijn hier en daar niet netjes. Drukknop toilet stuk. Deze punten zijn eenvoudig op te lossen. Verder een leuk appartement.

Locatie prima vlakbij de boulevard van Arenal met alle restaurants en winkels. Eigen parkeerplaats op afgesloten terrein. Balkon met bank en stoelen.
Uitzicht is beperkt, maar niet vervelend want appartement is op de 6e verdieping, met lift.
