Bungavilla House in La Isla

Location was great and close to all amenities.

The property is tired and in need of some TLC. The furniture also needs upgrading especially the dining room chairs which have alot of stains on them. Our first week was marred by the ongoing building and painting work in the property next door which started at 7.30 every morning and went onto 5 pm. They were using a cherry picker to access all levels and this was constantly running and being manouvered up and down the building. If we had known this work was going on we would have only booked for 4 weeks.

Beach, restorants are close to the place. No problems with parking. Inside was everything for the beach as well as enough dishes and all other stuff to live as at home including coffee mashine (and couple capsules), toster, microwave and other. We got vine as a welcome.

I would expect that such small things like toilet paper or trash bags should be endless in flat especially when we rented for more than a week. It probably would be given if we would be asking, but we took care of it by ourselves.

De locatie en het appartement was op zich goed. De inrichting was prima, maar op de site van Booking.com stond onder kopje ‘buiten’ dat het een tuin en terras had. Dat was niet waar. Het appartement bevond zich op de 2e etage en had alleen een balkon. Was met een lastige trap te bereiken. Ook de beloofde droger was nergens te vinden Dus voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn lastig te bereiken.

Geen tuin met terras.
