Superb

Communication is fantastic with Toni. They provide good instructions and are exceptionally welcoming. The apartment is located in a nice quiet area with easy free parking and walking distance to almost everywhere in the Javea "tourist" areas of the port, Arenal and even the old town. The grocery stores, bars restaurants, shops are all nearby. From the moment you enter the nicely renovated apartment it is a pleasure. Spacious, very clean and with ample indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen has most things you need to prepare nice meals, a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans. The two beds we used (single bedroom downstairs and master upstairs) were comfortable and the AC works very well which was nice. The bathrooms have good showers with strong water pressure. The complex has a great looking pool area (pool towels were in the apartment) and tennis courts although we didn't use them this time. Next trip to Javea we hope the apartment is available as we want to stay here again. 😊

Suggestions only: a coffee table by the couch and a comfortable chair in the living room to sit on. The sofa is huge and awkward if you are elderly.

A wonderful apartment for a big family

We had a short stay in this apartment. But it was amazing. The apartment is very big, spacious, modern and clean. The complex itself is very nice and well situated. We are especially thankful to the owner and his family who were very kind and caring to us. We liked everything about this place.

Een fijn verblijf in een mooie omgeving.

De locatie was erg goed. Het strand was op loopafstand, winkels in de buurt en ook het oude centrum was te lopen. Het huis was een ruim tussenhuis van 3 verdiepingen. Mooie slaapkamers, badkamers en keuken. Het terras ligt vanaf de middag in de zon. Het hele complex ligt in een cirkel rond een mooie binnentuin.

De stoelen en bank in de woonkamer zijn toe aan een upgrade. Ook miste ik kleinere leeslampen. Er waren alleen twee plafondlampen. De woonkamer miste een gezellige aankleding. Daarnaast zijn de huizen nogal gehorig.

Fin de semana con amigos en Jávea

Urbanización muy completa con muchas piscinas, gimnasio, piscina climatizada y pista de pádel. Al lado de supermercados y sitios de ocio. El casero muy amable y siempre atento.

Se comparte patio con el vecino.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt tolle Lage absolut zu empfehlen.

Sehr geräumiges Haus mit 4 Terrassen. Gute Sicherheitsvorkehrungen drumrum. Gute Küchenausstattung. Bequeme Betten. Duschen mit Massagefunktionen. Innenpool mit Salzwasser. Sauna. Drumrum schöne Wege für Hunde. Extrem gut ausgebautes Fahrradnetzwerk.

Fast alle Kardiogeräte defekt leider. Whirlpool seit zwei Jahren kaputt. Dafür kann der Vermieter aber nix. Fürs Wohnzimmer müsste dringend eine helle Stehlampe angeschafft werden es ist viel zu dunkel ohne.
