Beautiful and bright apartment of 112m in first floor located in the area of the Bay of Jávea , in a quiet residential area with community pool, playground and green areas, just 400 meters from the gravel beach of Primer Montañar and near the harbour and the town. Several supermarkets and restaurants within 50 meters.
The entire apartment has northeast.
The house has a spacious living room with table for six expandable diners , as well as a warm seating area with two comfortable three seater sofas , TV Led 40 " wifi with ADSL up to 20MB internet with unlimited access for free.
The property has three bedrooms, one with double bed 200cm x 150cm and access to the terrace, and two double, with two beds of 90cm each, all with fitted wardrobes and drawers. Two full bathrooms, one with bath and bidet and the second with shower. The house has an electric boiler with a capacity of 200 liters.
Both the living room and bedrooms have hot / cold air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances : Refrigerator , Dishwasher , Oven , Microwave with grill , Electric coffee maker Dolce Gusto, Italian coffe maker , Kettle, Toaster, Sandwich maker , Juicer , Iron and Blender as well as a wide range of utensils, crockery and glassware that we are sure will make you feel at home.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The apartment is very centrally located, you can easily reach the beach or the old town. The apartment provides everything, had a homely atmosphere and a lot of attention to details, you immediately feel at home. The owner is super friendly and thinks along with everything, contact was perfect.

The apartment is very clean comfortable and spacious, it is very homely with lots of finishing touches we could not fault it.You can walk to the old town in 20 minutes it’s well worth a visit or stroll to the port where there is plenty of good restaurants.
Arenal beach is about a 35 minute walk from the apartment on the promenade and there is lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. There is something for everyone in Javea we had a great holiday and I’m sure we will return again.

Well shaped and equipped Appartement having enough room for up to 6 visitors. We found the Appartement clean and itprovided everything we needed at our one week stay. Conversation with the owner via WhatsApp also went nice and reliable. We had a good time and can recommend the location.
