Located in the Santa Barbara 2 residence, it offers a community pool, for adults and children, with outdoor shower and a large lawn garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walk from the rocky beach of Montañar I and close to all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.

Estancia de 10. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y es muy cómodo. Tiene salida directa al jardín y la piscina. Tanto la entrada como la salida han sido muy fáciles y los anfitriones muy amables y disponibles.

Nice pool and little terrace leads directly to it which is handy. Great location, and nice and spacious. Great aircon.
Could do with the basics like salt and pepper. Smart TV would be good for netflix etc
