Located in the Santa Bárbara residence, which offers a communal swimming pool for adults and children, along with an outdoor shower and a grassy garden. It is perfectly situated in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walk from Montañar I rocky beach, and close to all services such as bars, restaurants and activities.

The apartment, with a single layout on one level, includes a fully equipped American kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, as well as plates and bowls. The open kitchen space opens to a dining area with table and chairs, and a cosy living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and double doors giving access to a small terrace with direct access to the garden and swimming pool.
In addition, the accommodation has a bathroom with shower, a lovely master bedroom with a double bed and its own private terrace, and a spacious second bedroom with two single beds, both with built-in wardrobes.
