Unfortunately there are only three bedrooms and not as advertised four. The fourth bedroom is in the dining room. The terraces are fine, but not clean. The house were clean, but not easy to find.

The house is a perfect location for walking along the boardwalk. The sea is beautiful and the town is a lovely walk. We enjoyed our 7 week stay very much.

The property is in a secure gated community with a nice restaurant 50metres away. The boardwalk pathway which is just a 100metres from the property runs along the beach all the way to Estepona but its circa 5km to Estepona. A lovely well.maintained walk but perhaps a stretch too far for many. Whilst the property is slightly dated it has all the elements you need for a comfortable stay. A pleasant terrace with a shaded dining area on the ground floor and a further terrace on the roof with limited shade but comfortable in the evening. There are two further restaurants along the coast path I mentioned earlier. One only 10 mins walk. The other near El padron beach approx 15-20 mins walk. Estepona itself has an abundance of restaurants and has a charming old town with historic squares 5km or so from the property.

Very nice place. Just a few meters from the coast. The house has everything you need - espeicially the kitchen is with everything fitted. Only the bed in the main sleeping room is very small. 20 cm more wood be much better. Very nice roof top terrace. With the grill and the jacuzzi. Only a good sun protection is missing. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location. Secure parking. We have stayed in Estepona 3 times and consider it the best town on the Costa del Sol. House spacious with 3 terraces/hot tub that we appreciated. Kitchen had enough utilities. Access to boardwalk/beach. Cafe/wine bar close by. Owner responsive.

The rental management company is very responsive. The house is very convenient to the beach, dining, etc. I highly recommend checking out the Wild restaurant which is literally steps away from the house. Because of the season we didn't use the pool, but the hot tub is fantastic. It was also nice to have a washer and clothes lines for laundry. We don't have kids, but for those who do there are baby gates on all steps as well as a high chair. There are detailed instructions about the house and appliances. The kitchen was well stocked. The cons: one side of the sofa came off when I put my arm on it; the loveseat was so uncomfortable that it was unusable (sit down gingerly to avoid the shock of hard surfaces); one of the bureau drawers had fallen apart; no hand soap was provided in the bathrooms; one of the kitchen drawers was stuck but I was able to get it back on the track.

Enjoyed our stay in Estepona, property was further away from town for eating out etc than we had thought, was ok as we had a car.Disappointed in cleanliness of hot tub, filled with fresh water but tub not cleaned, dirty brown tide mark around tub. That aside we enjoyed our stay.

A lovely large 3 bed townhouse. Hot tub & large roof solarium with a built in bbq. 3 large bedrooms & 2 good size bathrooms with a terrace off the master & 1 twin room. Huge lounge dinner & lovely open terrace. Plenty of room for a large family. Great to also have a downstairs cloakroom. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Just a short walk through the Urbanizacion to the sea & a beautiful stroll to the main town of Estepona is about 2km along seafront & it’s well maintained walkway. The communal pool is great. Jaroslaw the owner was always at the end of the phone if needed & very helpful. I found key pickup was easy as we got the bus from the Airport to Estepona & it was a couple of minutes walk to pick it up. So Definitely recommended key pick up in Estepona. If you intend to do a bit of traveling you definitely need a car as buses can be a bit unreliable. La Cafe Literol (our go to place) & King Sushi are highly recommended & only 15-20 min walk. Thank you Jaroslaw for allowing us to spend a month in you wonderful house.

We are from Canada and chose this beautiful house for our 3-month stay (to get away from Winter). I wanted to be near the Promenade (by the sea) for my daily walks and the Carrefour shopping centre (5 minutes away by car). Jaroslaw, the host, was extremely kind and helpful with all our questions and requests. Hope you have a great Summer Jaroslaw and thanks, again.

First issue was key pick up was at least a 30 minute drive from the property. I arrived 30 minutes before check in time and the key box was inoperable. Thankfully management was still in the office and with a key, able to access the key. The house was fine but needed a deep cleaning and airing. Not terribly welcoming after a stressful arrival to find dust and smell. Once we opened windows and doors the scent dissipated from every room except the downstairs bath. One of the reasons we selected the property was to have an available washer and dryer as this one included in the listing. There was no dryer and when I contacted the manager was told there was no tumble dryer just an air dryer. I responded asking what an air dryer was and where, but the management response was that the office was closed until Monday. Annoyingly I was told as we were leaving that an “air dryer” is a drying rack. I’m grateful my issue was just an inconvenience as the office was closed during our entire visit. The home needs cleaning and updating but was functional. Did not enjoy the 30 minute drive to return the keys. This detail was not shared until after the property was booked and was another inconvenience which would have resulted in our not selecting the property much like the type of “dryer”. All of this maybe typical for the area but add in the cleaning fees that were higher than the overnight fees and ultimately I can’t recommend staying.

We had a great time (3 weeks!) in Garden Beach with grandparents and small kids. The house and area was exactly as described in the listing. The neighbourhood is calm, the seaside is great, i.e. beautifully managed promenade (you can walk to Estepona), amazing views, excellent sandy beach for kids, cool chiringitos in 5-min walk, supermarket in 5-minute drive. Good starting point for 1-day trips (Malaga, Gibraltar, Ronda, etc.). Our host was always easy to reach, and always super helpful. The house was indeed well equipped, clean and had a good layout for a big family gateway (e.g. well separated bedrooms with “private” bathrooms). Large livingroom! The only thing I missed is the pool area which was not operational, but our stay was in May which is definitely pre season. All in all we do recommend Garden Beach if you are looking for a holiday house with family where you can feel like home!

The accommodation has every thing needed for our stay, with plenty of space including 3 outside areas, the house was very comfortably furnished and clean. The kitchen was provided with everything required for our stay, with all mod cons. The hot tub on the roof terrace was a real bonus. Only drawback was keys had to picked up and dropped off at 40 minutes away near Malaga, complete pain when flying into Gibralta ans should be highlighted in before hand.

This was our third visit to the Garden Beach complex and assuredly the best equipped house. It had all you can want for a successful holiday, with the addition of a sun-roof Jaccuzzi, the pearl in the oyster! With immediate access to the beach and the long pleasant walks along the coast as well as the easy walking distance to the lovely old town , with its vast choice of restaurants for all types of meals and occasions, not to mention the proximity of good shopping, all combined to make a memorable stay. The owner was supremely pro-active, kind and helpfull. Without hesitation, I would recommend this spacious home to my friends.

The house was clean & tidy when we arrived and there was plenty of information available regarding the facilities. We enjoyed the outside spaces, including the rooftop and spa. There is plenty of space, even for 5 adults and 2 children. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed (very easy to use). There is plenty of space in the communal pool and easy access to the beachfront. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to family groups. We must mention though that, due to the amount of stairs, this style of house would not be suitable anyone who has mobility problems.

Looking for perfect spot in Spain? That's what we had. Two families total of 8, perfectly fitted in the house. Great proximity to the warm sea and the pool. We could even use own pool-jacuzzi at the upper deck. Firing the grill while children were playing watersports? unforgettable. Truly recommend as a combination of sun bathing and some sightseeing (Gibraltar 38 km away).

There were 5 adults and 2 young children in our group and we all had a brilliant time! The house was a good size, clean and modern. It's within a gated community of about 20 houses, right beside a small pebble beach and a really pleasant pool area with a regular pool, kids pool, sun loungers, showers, parasols, etc. This house is about 20 steps away from the pool, which was perfect for us. Estepona is perfect for families, lots to do and not many stags and hen parties around. Good roads and underground parking right at the beach/town centre. The house has all the equipment you'd need, including stair gates, highchair, etc which was great for us. The coffee maker was broken, but Jaroslaw was prompt in telling us we could replace it at the nearest supermarket (about 5 minutes away) and he'd reimburse it, which was perfect. Overall, we had a brilliant time and would love to be back in the future!

Absolutely loved the property. It was spacious and light and comfortable to stay in. Also clean. Came with my Parents and three children including my young Son who was 8 months old at the time, and we all loved it. Really close (walking distance) to the Kempinski Hotel where we were attending a wedding, so really convenient! Just what we needed. Would recommend this place to anyone for a short or longer stay. Place is really quiet and felt safe. Locals really friendly and places to shop for food near by. The owner was really helpful and was contactable for the duration of our stay.

The house is very big and with all amenities. Jacuzzi at the terrace is wonderfull, escecially at night. Furthermore house have direct path to the community swimming pool. Bad points are nearest beach (little and with stones) and the steps in the house. If you want to have lunch or dinner at terrace you will be upset with the steps up and down.

We were very pleased the standard of accomodation. It was clean and the kitchen had great facilities. The space allowed us to enjoy some time "out" (essential with 3 teenagers!). The hot tub was lovely and clean also. Buses were easy to use and taxis were efficient. The location was peaseful and we felt safe with the security system. We appreciated the keys being delivered to Estepona as we didnt have a car. Fantastic property, great location.

Bellissima vacanza!!! ho soggiornato io e la mia famiglia in questa residenza munita di tutti i confort. 1 la posizione direttamente sul mare in un quartiere residenziale 2 la sicurezza per la famiglia, Il residence Garden è formato da villette circondato da cancello e dunque i bambini liberi di poter giocare all'interno senza problemi auto 3 la vicinanza a Marbella e porto Banus con la vita notturna e i migliori locali della costa del Sol 4 la disponibilita del proprietario jaroslaw molto attento e disponibile qualora cè ne sia Il bisogno. 5 fantastico l ultimo piano con annesso jacuzzi e Barbecue,, rendono romantiche le serate di coppia. Un grazie di tutto e un arrivederci a jaroslaw!!Ci torneremo

Our family of 7 stayed in this wonderfully appointed vacation home and had a WONDERFUL time!! The home is clean, well maintained, and the pictures do not do it justice. The owner himself and the agency he uses to transfer keys are extremely helpful and kind. We loved easy access to the beach as well as the cute town of Estepona itself, but also a perfect place to stay for day excursions all throughout the region of Andalucía. Highly recommend driving to the mountain town of Ronda! Would highly recommend this home for family vacation or romantic couples getaway!!

We had a great stay at the beach house. The house is fully equipped and everything was neat and clean. The house is centrally located in relation to charming Estepona and Marbella, but you are also quickly in the hinterland for beautiful road trips and walks. Contact with owner Jaroslaw went smoothly. The location was very good, close to beach and not far from Estapona city center. You can easily reach Estepona along the seaside trail (great for running, biking or just walking). Also a good base for weekend trips around the area e.g Ronda, Gibralter, Mijas etc. The house is spacious, more then enough room for 2 plus we had a group of additional 4 visiting us for several days and all of us were more then comfortable. The jacuzzi on the top terrace was great. We really enjoyed our one month stay!

The vacation house was spacious, clean and comes with a terrific roof terrace with hot tub and BBQ. The house was surprisingly cpmplete, everything you needed was there. We stayed in winter and for the evenings there was heating. One improvement would be an additional couch in the livingroom, as in winter you need to go inside and one couch for 4 people is not enough. There is a TV with You tube and Netflix, which can be used if you have an account (take your code with you). The house is near the beach with a fantastic boardwalk all the way to Estepona. Excellent for running or a stroll in the morning. Careefour is reasonably close by. Communication with the ownwer was great. Timely and complete. Keys could be droppes of in a wall safe nearby in Estepona when leaving. We had a great time and will return next year.

The perfect house for our early season sun vacation. With the sea and pool temperatures a little low in febuary the rooftop jacuzzi complemented our days. We used the house as starting point for day trips to gibraltar, sevilla, Ronda and Malaga. Jaroslaw, the owner, was very quick answering any questions we had. We had a great time.
