Great Holiday, Lovely Location

The apartment itself was lovely, nicely decorated and the access to the garden was brilliant - so handy for us with a 1-year-old! The beds were comfortable, bathroom was lovely! the appliances in the kitchen may have been a little on the older side but they worked perfectly. The kitchen itself was also very well stocked in terms of dishes, cooking utensils, cleaning products etc. The coffee machine was also a big plus ☕️ The area was lovely and the staff at the pool bar were so friendly. Overall a really lovely stay. Great WiFi too!

Honestly, the only main fault I could give was the TV. It's not a smart TV so it only had a few channels in Spanish so no use to us. It wasn't ideal for the evenings when the baby was in bed and we would have liked to watch something on Netflix.

Located close to the beach and had a nice pool and bar area.

We had a car, but would be tricky without one. Not very close to any resorts.

A good budget deal, but be prepared to be dissappointed.

Location is wonderful near the beach. Garden is very comfortable and used by the community.

It desperately needs work. Door lock is loose and hard to open/close, Lights in bathroom flicker badly ( a huge problem if one has issues with flashing lights). Many bulbs out including outside of the main door, . Hot water heater is not controlled. Easy to burn a person. Pressue is MASSIVE. The highest we have ever experienced. Closet doors are very rusted and not easy to open/close. Lamp in bedroom shorts, so it may work, may not.

Fab location beside a beautiful beach but dated inside

Location is excellent although you definitely need a car. The beach is outside the door and so calm and beautiful. A great path there too and a few bars and restaurants in walking distance. The pool bar is lovely too and the gambas pil pil is fabulous. Very handy for a drink or lunch or dinner. Ac is excellent

The beds in one room dip in the middle and are uncomfortable. The bed covers are old and very dated as are the curtains, falling down in the green bedroom and the living room. The neighbours upstairs are very easy to hear and it seems like they are using our toilet when flushing the toilet upstairs. A few new beds and soft furnishings would help modernise the apartment but it is a great place to stay. A piece of the kitchen fell off when I opened a cupboard door and could have hurt a child if they had done it. It was fixed promptly however as was the shower door.

Accomodation was dirty and in a delapidated condition.had dangerous electrical issues.the main lock on the door was broken so you could not lock of a night.the intercom did not work.the shower did not work.i booked a flight back to uk after 10 days.and ypur company just fogged me off.

Near the beach and a couple of beach restaurants within walkable distance. Generally quiet location although noisier at pool during the weekend.

Awful bed - rock hard and at least needs a mattress protector. Absolutely no cleaning products provided - as a host I would have thought it would make sense to encourage guests to keep the property clean by providing the means to do so. We ended up buying the products ourselves. Broken toilet reported on day 2 of stay remained un-repaired throughout stay.

Beautiful location, gated very secure apartment, perfect for families.

Julio Janssen met us promptly even though it wS midnight by the time we arrived.

The property is a bit dated, it could do with modernisation however this was reflected in the price.

Nice but some issues

The beach was beside the apartment. Sense of security as locked gates to the apartment. Location was nice but far from estepona Town centre unless you drive as you couldnt walk to it but there was a bus we could get near the apartment to estepona or marbella

The weather was a hit and miss. We had two very cold and wet days and every night was cold. The heating did not work in the apartment. Also there was a lack of bathroom towels supplied. I messaged the person in charge for more and got no response.

Great location, with two toddlers entering the inner garden was do great, you didnt have to worry about them getting out or in the pool-everything safe. Location on the beach with A LOT of shells near Estepona- TOP! Julio was very helpful, always on the phone solving problems. He let us even stay longer than regular check-out time which was very convenient since our airplane left around 10PM.

Large apartment

Large apartment (103 m2) with two bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, large terrace, beautiful garden, large pool, hotel right by the sea. Fast internet connection.

The TV antenna does not work, but there is a LCD TV. So bring your laptop and HDMI cable, connect the TV with your laptop and watch TV using Internet :-)

Great location with a fantastic view of the sea from the terrace.

The property was very tired. No windows locked and the security was poor, had to use the shutters every night. Bits and pieces broken or not working only helped to let this property down. With a little TLC this would be a fantastic rental.

Everything you see in the pictures is what you get! :) Excellent positioning near the beach, access to the indoor complex's pool, the terrace of the apartment where you can sit in the evening for a cold beer and stories with friends, the functional interior and especially the generous surface of the apartment. And as a plus especially its features and kitchen facilities, more than what you have in the description on the booking site!

Lack of small facilities but which matters a lot when you arrive at 8 o'clock in the evening after a full day journey: toilet paper, dishwashing solution. A bit strange to go back to the supermarket a few kilometers when you realize that you do not have toilet paper in the bathroom at 9.30 pm
