Great for summer.

The location in the heart of the old town, shops and restaurants.

The negative issues which we have are totally to do with the fact that this is clearly a summer apartment and in February when we came it felt rather sparse and lacking in personal touches. There is no colour in this apartment which may sound petty but it makes such a difference. We also stayed here during the intense storms of Feb 2026 so were rather marooned in the apartment for long periods. However, we were safe, it was quiet and everything worked. Very modern multi oven which confused us for a while.

This was our 2nd time visiting Seaclub Suites and again it was wonderful, the apartments are beautiful, clean and has everything you might need for a holiday.

Very chilled and relaxing stay

We loved Seaclub Suites as so clean, bright and comfortable, the area was very quiet dispite having everything on the doorstep, lots of restaurants, shops and beach nearby. We found Estepona Old town so pretty and so clean.

Couldn't find the safety deposit box, kettle or toaster when we arrived, but rang the manager and he told where to find the hidden cupboard

All in all this was a really lovely property and I did enjoy the stay.

Property was large and modern and clean and came with the extras I like when I’m away from home. Washing machine, iron ironing board and coffee machine all that should be provided if you are staying somewhere with a kitchenette. The property was extremely clean and decorated to a high standard and the property was very secure.

One of the things I didn’t like about the property and as a frequent traveller and not a stranger to booking.com was the long online check in process. The other was a first for me and I didn’t realise till after I booked was the 350€ security deposit you have to pay. It added a little bit of a stress to the holiday and I don’t think the amount is justified. I also don’t think I would recommend this property to friends and family only based on this. Get rid of the security deposit and I would definitely stay again. I read a few reviews and one back in June was a broken kettle lid, that was possibly the broken one in our room. One other minor detail was the bathroom was set up for a disabled person which is fantastic but this meant that the mirror was placed to low for my 6ft 2 inch husband. It also would have been an idea to provide a clothes dryer as there was a washing machine.

Great location. Really comfortable and clean, great space for a couple.

The check in process was quite difficult to follow - communication wasn’t great via messaging. Another couple were having similar difficulties while I was attempting to check in. I’m hoping they have learnt from these issues though as it was a great stay other than this and something which can be easily fixed.

Room was clean on a nice street

There are so many "policies" put in place by the management that it made the stay unpleasant. First, they demand a $400 deposit PAID in advance through an unsecured third party website for a two night stay. That was more than double what we paid for the room. They don't just hold the card, they take a payment and promise a refund once they inspect the premises. This rule was very hidden in the description on booking.com and we were unaware and not happy about it. Very deceitful. The amount of toilet paper provided (two half rolls) was ridiculous. We needed more and were denied saying all hygiene items are our responsiblity. Never heard of TP or something so essential not being provided. Security was also very lax. To get in the front door, they leave a key in a lock box by the door. Problem is someone took that key during our stay, so a window on the door was left open so you could reach through to open the door. So ANYONE could have gotten in the front door during our stay. Very unsecure. The management staff was also inconsitent regarding the rules. The check out rules are very specific. I picked up my key from the office so returned to the office after it said in the check out policy to "return keys EXACTLY to the same location you pick them up". They said when I returned them that I could have just left them in the room. This place is nice but not worth all the hassle of thier rules.

Private, luxury apartment set in central old town

Great location in centre of old town, but on very quite pedestrian road, so only thing we heard was the swallow. Loved our little outside court yard. Room was cool and generous in size,shower easy to work out. Great facilities such as washer dryer,microwave and dishwasher. Great stay for a couple with a huge comfy bed. Have told all my friends and recommended them to go. I think that says alot. Easy walking distance to beach,bars,restaurants and shopping.

On arrival got water and 2 coffee pods for there coffee machine It would have been nice if we had these replaced each day of stay, as we were there 2 nights,we didn't see the point in buying a box of coffee pods. If we stayed longer this wouldn't have been an issue. But it's a small point to raise when everything else is stunning. Access to apartment is only from allocated time of 3pm, so keep on mind if you are hoping to get in sooner.

Perfect spot in Estepona old town. Charming apartments, high end, modern and spotlessly clean.

Location is superb, in the heart of the old town with lovely cobbled streets, restaurants, shops and beach. Everything was walkable. Apartment was wonderful, spotlessly clean, modern with a high end feel and it the entire building smells wonderful. We are looking to book again for our next visit.

Service outside of Booking platform, demanding for guests

Great location, good accommodation

Overwhelming communication over Whatsapp. Pushed us to pay a deposit outside of the Booking platform. We arrived at midnight and could not find the key. The instruction was wrong. The normal phone line was not answered. The emergency line did not even know about our stay and first wanted to send to somewhere else to pick up the key in the middle of the night. Only after explaining our booking, they figured out the key is in a separate key box. The dishwasher in one of the rooms was still full of the previous guest's dishes. Wanted us so bring out the trash ourselves or we had to fear not to be refunded our full deposit. Overall, they expect a lot of information & service from their guests but deliver poor service themselves.

It’s very tastefully decorated and very clean with good amenities and an excellent location.

The downstairs has a problem with damp and mould spores, which you can smell very clearly in room number 3, with the enclosed terrace. It’s a ground floor but feels much more like a basement. There are drain flies all over the downstairs areas, suggesting there is a real problem with damp. I asked to be moved after one night, as it exacerbated my asthma , they were unable to provide me with a like for like room, and told me that I should have mentioned I was an asthmatic. I am assuming they said this because they knew the room was already damp. Guests are not obliged to disclose medical information to a hotel, and the least we deserve is a dry accommodation. They used the excuse that it had been raining a lot and the smell was humidity. I’m sorry, but the smell was not humidity. Because you can’t smell humidity. But what you can smell is mould spores. The management moved me to a much smaller room with no terrace and have refused to refund the difference in price, claiming it’s only €2 per night difference between a room with a terrace and one without. They also refused to supply any dishwasher tablets despite stating in their welcome pack that they provide them. I asked 3 times but no member of staff ever appeared with one. In fact, I only saw a member of staff once in 4 days.

it was a lovely apartment,decoration was nice and very clean.Its proximity to town was excellent,with lots of lovely bars ,shops and restaurants near by. lovely big balcony with views over the street below.

There was no toaster or breadknife and no oven not good for self catering, and although bedside tables were pretty pieces of wood, very impractical for putting anything on them as you quite often missed because of the pointed shape.

Mooie locatie in de stad maar geen aangename ontvangst door perikelen over waarborg en codes

De locatie is ok. Het gebouw en interieur is recent.

De codes van de ingang werden niet gegeven omdat de waarborg niet zichtbaar was bij de verhuurmaatschappij. Er is na wel 20x appen uiteindelijk iemand die ons opbelde per gsm. De waarborg werd overgeschreven en niet terugbetaald!! Wij wachten 2 weken later nog op terugbetaling !! Er is schimmel in de voegen van de douche en er moet apart 35€ voor de poets betaald worden! Dit stond niet geadverteerd bij boeking.com. Meerdere negatieve referenties ivm borg-codes en poetsen zijn terecht.

Vi hade en fin vistelse i Estepona och återkommer gärna.

Utmärkt läge. Mycket bra säng. Köket välutrustat. Badrummet mycket bra.

Saknade byrå med lådor. Sänglamporna mera design än funktionella. I rummet förekom en obehaglig lukt som vi pratade med husvärden om. Han var förstående inför vår upplevelse och menade att den beror på ett visst drag i ventilationen utifrån. Vi tycker att det bör undersökas och åtgärdas. Som tur påverkades inte hälsan av lukten men vi vill gärna återvända och vill då inte ha rum 1.

В номері знаходяться двері в інший номер, в якому живуть інші гості готелю. Двері міжкімнатні з щилинами. Тому ви фактично живите разом з іншими гостями, просто їх не бачите. Ви чуєте абсолютно ВСЕ! Як вони їдять, ріжуть щось на тарілках, дивляться телевізор і тд. І вас вони будять о 7 ранку, навіть, якщо вони ведуть себе дуже тихо. Розмістити двері в сусідній номер всередині кімнати - це абсурд. Якщо це такий хід для великих сімей, то це має бути вказано в описі, а про це ні слова на букінг. Цей нюанс зіпсував нам кожен день перебування в номері. При тому, що ціна апартаментів вище ринкової, на рівні готелю. Адміністрація готелю, вважає це нормою і навіть не вважає за потрібне попереджати про такий нюанс і просити вибачення. Не подобається - їдь в інший готель.

Prachtige studio en perfecte locatie.

De locatie, midden in het centrum, en de studio ziet er mooi uit en is compleet uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt.

Niets, maar als ik toch iets moet benoemen dan zou het fijn zijn als je in ieder geval 2 setjes handdoeken per persoon zou hebben. Voor 5 dagen vond ik 1 set eigenlijk net te weinig, en je gaat niet alleen 2 handdoeken in de wasmachine stoppen.
