It offers a fantastic view of the sea (incl. Africa and Gibraltar) and also towards the mountains.
The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and has a lift. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
One bedroom with bathroom is located upstairs. The other 3 bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the toilet are located on the lower level. There is also a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine etc.
Penthouse is within walking distance (approx. 800 m) from the beach offering water sports and other beach activities.
The area is quiet and well-managed - perfect even for families with younger children as the pool is fenced and has a lifeguard on duty during the summer months.

Superb in every way. We visited for 3 weeks at the end of july/ early august. We were 2 famillies and had an amazing time. The property was amazing and communication from start to finish was top notch. We are planning our holiday for next year in a month or two and this property will be the first we try and book.
