About this house rental
A beautiful and spacious three-bedroom townhouse located in a quiet beachfront urbanisation just outside Estepona town. The house is presented in three levels. When entering the property, we find the fully equipped kitchen to the left and it is equipped with everything you may need for a family holiday and it also has a small laundry room. There is also a guest cloakroom to a side of the corridor with WC and hand basin. The spacious living room has a dining area with seating for eight guests and a lounge area with comfortable sofa and a large flatscreen TV with plenty of international channels including Sky. The lounge has direct access to the patio terrace through the sliding doors that offer light and create a cosy atmosphere offering uninterrupted views of the gardens, pool and the sea. The terrace has an extra outdoor dining area for up to eight guests and extra comfort seating along with a gas powered BBQ. From the patio terrace we can access the well-maintained community gardens and the inviting community swimming pool with sea views. On the first floor we find two of the en-suite bedrooms. Both en-suite bathrooms in this floor are equipped with bath, overhead shower, WC, bidet and hand basin. The first bedroom has one double bed and two singles and the second bedroom has a king-size bed with a private balcony with sea views. On the top floor is the master bedroom with king-size bed and a modern en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, WC, bidet and hand basin. It also has a small private balcony with lovely views to the sea and like the other bedrooms, is equipped with spacious built-in wardrobe with lots of storage space for. The entire house benefits from high-speed internet connection and central air conditioning throughout. The property also includes two private parking spaces inside the closed community gates. All these facilities in addition to the its location, make this property the perfect option for your holidays in Estepona.

The rooms are reasonableclean. The view was great. There could have more drinking glasses otherwise the tablware was ok.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, nice outside area with pool and beautiful sea views; it is quite close to Estepona and within easy walking distance. I strongly recommend it you won't be disappointed.

The location and surroundings are perfect: jaw dropping views from the house and patio, by a douzen kilometers long boardwalk, close to an extensive grocery store and the gorgeous city of Estepona. We loved our stay, spent all our evenings on the patio, in the pool or on the yard. The property managers were super helpful and assisted with our check out. Only downside are the noisy dogs from the neighbor.
