The Person who welcomed us, the small pool.

The receptioninst that was there every morning, she wasn't very nice. We had lots of ants in the apartment some of them bite which was very unpleasent, and they didn't take care of it even though I asked several times. They over charge on every little thing that is extra, overcharge without proportion.

Ok, clean, staff good , just wasn’t what i paid for

Paid more money for a prem room with a view , did not get a room with a view at all even tho paid extra , staff was unable to move us to another room as hotel fully booked , not happy this was advertised as a room with a view on booking.com when it clearly wasn’t !! I have stayed at this place a few times so i know the room we got wasn’t what is classed as a room with a view

It was very far from everything. Do not book this if you don’t have a car. There’s no bar or restaurant nearby for you to enjoy either and not much onsite aside from a small bar during the day.

Tranquilidad.

No hay aparcamiento. Tienes que pagar parking diario si no quieres una multa o que la grúa se lleve tu coche. Tiene una zona de café que descubrí el último día al entregar las llaves en recepción, ya que nadie me explicó su funcionamiento a la llegada. La hora de entrada es a las 16:00 y la salida a las 10:00, pagas un día por 18 horas de estancia y si quieres salir más tarde lo tienes que pagar.

Alojamiento perfecto si no hubiera tanto ruido

Las instalaciones y el personal perfecto, las piscinas, la habitación y el garaje muy bien. Electrodomésticos modernos y habitación amplia.

Mucho ruido por la noche. Vecinos con ganas de fiesta y desagües ruidosos. Dependiendo de los vecinos que te toquen la experiencia será distinta. Nosotros no hemos descansado mucho por las noches. Deberían cuidar algo más el tipo de cliente que quieren.

Ideal para pasar tiempo en familia y descansar

El apartamento era precioso, muy completo y muy cómodo. Las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y todo estaba hecho “a capricho”. El personal que trabaja allí muy agradable desde recepcionistas, personal de la limpieza, hasta los socorristas. Repetiremos seguro!

El apartamento es lo que más me gustó. La cama muy comoda y muy bien la cocina y también la tranquilad que hay por las noches.

Por poner algo, que algunos clientes se tomaban por su cuenta de poner su musica en la piscina a toda ostia, y los pobres de los socorristas les daba el toque cada 2 por 3. Pero como e dicho por poner algo.

Le complexe et l'appartement sont très bien. Deux piscines surveillées, salle de sport, salon lounge. L'appartement est très confortable. La terrasse au rez-de-chaussée laisse une vue sur le ciel et les gens passent devant par le chemin qui vient de la piscine...

Disons que je m'attendais pour un 4 étoiles à ce que le ménage soit fait chaque jour et non pas au bout du 4ème jour... Qui était celui de notre départ.

La chica que no era española, fui muy desagradable, me hizo esperar bastante tiempo cuando llegamos cuando no había nadie, que veníamos con niños pequeños e incluso los quería hacer callar Entraron en nuestro alojamiento sin aviso previo por parte de recepción, un personal de mantenimiento, no me pareció normal.
